Well done. Like "Mandatory Training" in the military , it should be a requirement that everyone serving beer view this prior to being allowed to pour a single beer .

I grew up in the beer industry. Started cleaning beer taps at 12 years of age. It's so disgusting to go into a "brewery" and see the finished product ruined by non beer clean glasses. For the past 40 plus years, I've politely explained to the owner, "you're glasses are not beer clean". So sad to see what should be a perfect glass of beer, ruined by not being beer clean. The finished product should have a tight head AND drink rings from each sip. I fill the glass with water, salt the glass and turn the glass upside down. It's the best way to show the voids where the grease has remained on the glass. It's a challenge keeping glasses beer clean, especially in those establishments serving food. Overhead ceiling fans will also knock down the head of a perfect glass of beer too. Great video!

? And what reaction did you get when you told them their glasses were not "beer clean" . ? ? Did they even know what you were talking about ?

This is the stuff bartenders never think about when they get into the industry. Great video. Short and to the point, and omg the beer pour at the end. I wish my bars taps poured so smooth.

I think all bars should wash their glasses and utensils in washing machine on high temperature.Because otherwise bacteria can stay.

i get shutting off the drum valve off. however, the OTHER valve was parallel when he was detaching the co2 tank, doesnt it need to be perpendicular (i.e. valve is now shut off) before detaching? i am having a very difficult time getting an answer to this. is all that it matters is that the valve on the actual TANK is shut off?

I'm sitting here at Fridays in Nashville. This bartender just "washed" 10 glasses and I can't believe they are remotely clean. I'll be ordering a bottled beer from now on. I think buffalo wild wings has a dishwasher behind the bar, I hope do because what I just saw was discusting

Completely useless... Real beer glasses (the tall ones) are notoriously hard to clean but he doesn't even addresses them.

Yeah, don't think it'd pass health code... no sterilization temps. Most restaurants at least where I live have to sterilize every piece that people put their mouths on.
