Its sad. That the rural doctors in NSW seem to have to operate under a second class system where referrals to treatment are discouraged to save money at head office often in city locations far from the area being bastardized. The struggle to get staff and moreover keep them is because rural health in nsw, reputation in the industry, is that of a bastardization outfit designed to redirect funding to central locations at the expense of rural patients and doctors who are entitled to the same degree of service and care as city patients but are clearly bastardized and doctors planning careers that dont involve ugly legal battles with criminal behaving health services who are equally happy to bastardize its own to protect the shamwah are highly unlikely to engage with such an obvious professional dilemma, hence its a workforce of clueless immigrants quickly shoved into bastardise rural patients unknowingly , yeah i said that. .... It is clearly this ingrained apartheid like bastardization of rural patients approach, to maximize head office bonuses that generates difficulty retaining rural doctors and creating a health vacuum of poorly treated bastardized patients who ultimately end up dead or in another areas ED.. particularly in inland northern nsw. The unfortunate situation is apparently this bastardizing of rural health for head office profit is encouraged and permitted but likely highly illegal by its discriminatory nature. When this obvious attempt to ream rural patients and doctors by creating a second rate treatment tier labeling it rural "" and hoping to escape the obvious point that , creating a cheap ass second tier of treatment when all patients are entitled to equal treatment regardless of head office intent to fill the novacaine bowls and rolex bonuses......is not kosher. Management should ensure access to treatment for all residents and improving referral process to city treatments , not finding new ways to bastardize rural patients as a second class tier of medicine only driven by illegal discrimination and profit seeking.... oh damn , its that obvious yes and im but a clueless patient, professionals must run a mile from this "rural apartheid"....i would run too but when i try to escape the bastardization , i am told to return to my own health district ...District 9 was it?

My doctor refused to help me apply for medicinal cannabis because she did not believe in it. Not very scientific. She would not even supply them with my medical information. I also asked her to write me a letter to say that I had informed her that I was intending to apply and to note that it would be added to my care plan. The very short letter looked like her lawyer wrote it and it was rejected. So now I'm stuck with oxycontin and addiction. I have lost all faith in the medical fraternity. The police man told me to give up my medicinal cannabis and go back on other medications. So i went to my doctor, he wont prescribe any other medications to me and told me to take Panadol. Medicinal cannabis for me got me off the opioids and other pharma drugs that are much more harmful than cannabis.

That the rural doctors in NSW seem to have to operate under a second class system where referrals to treatment are discouraged to save money at head office often in city locations far from the area being bastardized.
