the main problem I see with the game is that it's far too easy to score. The thing that makes games fun is the tension they can build. Think about similar games like Air Hockey or Foosball. They are highly entertaining because scoring is relatively hard. Also whacking your knuckles on the sides of the table repeatedly hardly seems like it would get old real quick.

For those saying Bullet Ball became a success. It didn't. It got popular for a while, even got in the news but it died very quickly and people forgot about it. People who did give it a chance eventually realized how lame and boring it is as a game. It's a fad at best. Kinda like when pet rocks was popular in the 70s then died quickly when people realized rocks with googly eyes was stupid and boring. Kinda like bulletball.
