  They are not, for ex: the deveste eight should have a higher picked engine noise with hsw but it doesn't so it doesn't have the hsw upgrade, and 4 hlthe Banshee is the 900r so u can't get hsw on it

  On the highway or on city bumps the terminus can’t compete with the vagrant especially since the vagrant has better acceleration but on completely flat roads then it can compete
