I have news for you your God never died he never had a beginning and will never have an end. On the other hand, Jesus Christ on earth died and was in the grave for parts of three days. The other issue is that no human can see the true God and live. And Jesus Christ himself said his father was greater than he was. Why is it that people always leave out the fact that Baptism in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ is necessary to be saved. Many baptized fresh and new Christians are left out of the Baptism by saying I baptize you, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit? it took me a very long time to understand that the name is Jesus Christ. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. The Holy Bible is meant to teach us and prepare us for the coming of the Lord, Jesus Christ. I wish everyone who sees this will at the least pray on it and trust that you can ask God to help you understand His word and I believe He gives it to you.
They dont see it because they don't want to see it. They believe that they (as a community) are the "suffering servant", but ignore that the Torah teaches us that Israel suffered because of her sins, not because of her "rightousness" as the suffering servant who was prophesied about in Isaiah 53. Their eyes are blinded to the truth because they still believe the lie that their bloodline will save them and make them more dear to God. Their beliefs are entrenched in hubris; which is, not so ironically, exactly what Christ constantly condemned the relgious leaders for.

This passage was about a historical Jewish situation. It refers to a group not an individual, The gospels are about a mythic Christ and have no relationship with the Isaiah passage, The real Jesus was not despised and rejected etc. - on the contrary he was crucified because he was too loved and admired for Pilate to accept. Read the last verse and see that the Isaiah figure is triumphant in this world!

Jesus did not fulfill Isaiah 53. Jesus was worshiped and crowds followed him around to hear everything he said. People tried to touch the hem of his dress he was so worshiped. Isaiah 53 is about the death of the Spirit in the Waters of Death and the loss of the Soul and then Isaiah 54 is about getting his Soul back with a new Spirit and he is identified as being of the bloodline of Smith. Isaiah 53 has nothing to do with the Messiah and if Christians just read the whole book of Isaiah they would know that. Actually if they just read the whole chapter they would know it. First of the nations are speaking in 53 and in astonishment they realize that it is THEIR sins that the Jews have been suffering for. Throughout Isaiah he always refers to the nation of Israel as "the servant". Get educated and repent.
