The chocolate was a way of telling you that the book might grant your wishes . he's a kid loves chocolate . the girls " who kinda remind me of Daughters of Atlas " gave the man a camera a metaphor for his wish to catch butterflies . note how he nice and kind , he wante dto catch butterflies but not hurt them thus he got a camera . and the boy is in a paradox state like since opening the book showed him a picture of him holding the same book p.s: i'm obssessed with details don't mind me

The random guy dancing outside of the window is Roland Orzabal. 🙂He is the co-founder of Tears For Fears (TFF) along with Curt Smith, who is the band's bassist & the singer on this track. Orzabal is also the guitarist, primary vocalist & primary songwriter for the group. Smith occasionally sings on a few tracks on their albums. Orzabal & Smith were in a band called Graduate prior to TFF with three other members, & there is a performance of the group performing their song "Ever Met A Day" on TV on KZread. It's interesting. The song's catchy. Tears For Fears was formed when Graduate disbanded in 1981. Orzabal & Smith created TFF (1981) & soon after keyboardist Ian Stanley & drummer Manny Elias joined the group to complete the band's TFF lineup. Elias left the band in 1986 & Stanley left the band in 1987. Stanley did play keys on three tracks to the follow up to the "Song's From The Big Chair" album (1985) called "The Seeds Of Love" released in 1989. This album took three years to record & produce & you can hear The Beatles influence in this album, especially on the first single, "Sowing The Seeds Of Love," which has The Beatles pastiche all over this track. The song is a sonic delight to the ears with so many interesting sounds & switches going on. Production & song structure wise, it's one of their best songs in their catalog. Smith left TFF after this album & Orzabal was the sole member of the band. Orzabal recorded two albums continuing as TFF solo until Smith rejoined the band (or Orzabal really) in 2004, & they have remained as TFF (again) ever since.

This is the best band ever. Right now my playlist is 90% Japanese bands because they are all very talented. Band-Maid is at the top of very stacked pool of bands coming out of Japan. I am 55 and have seen Pink Floyd live, and when Band-Maid comes back to the States I will be there watching the best band ever!

Welcome to Band-Maid! The best hard rock band I have heard in my 58 years on this planet. They don't stick to any one genre and often mix genres in songs. They are extremely diverse and have an extensive back catalogue featuring Punk, Pop-Punk, Hard-Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Prog, Blues, Jazz, Groove, Rap etc. From face melting 220 bpm punk-prog to ballads, instrumentals to acoustics they do it all. They can make you headbang, they can make you pogo, they can make you cry like a baby. They are also five of the nicest people in music, without a shred of ego. They are funny and fun and world class musicians to boot. They are currently into their 11th year with the original line up. Btw, Miku the rhythm guitarist (red rose) formed the band. She had the idea of Band-Maid after working as a maid in Japanese maid cafe's. Her idea is a concept called "The Gap" - that is what you see (cute maids) is NOT what you get (Hard Rock/Punk/Metal). They take the maid café concept literally. They call their concerts "servings" and their fans "Masters and Princesses". Oh, and Miku is an 810 year old small pigeon. Welcome to the pigeon hole Po!

Although not considered their best, this song is highly regarded as it is the song that saved the band. The label was going to pull the plug if the song didn't do well. Thankfully, a J-rock Facebook group posted it to their page, and the MV took off! 10+ years later, still going strong. All original members!

Band-Maid are one of the greatest rock bands playing today (THE greatest if you ask me). For me not because of gender or outfits or country of origin or anything like that. It's that they write amazing, melodic, multi-layered, well-crafted rock music and play it brilliantly. You've got the song that kick-started Band-Maid under your belt, so feel free to try anything else on their channel. If you want to check out some live songs, maybe sample from their recent arena concert at Yokohama: Hate, endless story or Don't You Tell ME. But they are so consistent, you can pretty much choose randomly.

New sub here. You stand upon the precipice of either falling in love with BandMaid or getting distracted and thinking they are just another band. They're not. They are arguably the greatest proper rock and roll band of the 21st century. Hyperbole is very difficult to avoid with BandMaid so screw it. I envy you so much. There is so much wonderful music,, tears and laughter ahead of you if you keep listening. There's no way to describe here why all the things they do combine to create the music. Tons of riffs - enough to make an album for most bands in one song. More hooks than grandad's tackle box. Genre bending writing and performances. In damn near every song a sing along bit for the fans to keep us engaged. Word play between English and Japanese homophones is not uncommon. Deep collaboration between all members to allow everyone to shine. What they have done is harness their egos in service to the song. Akane Hirose and MISA are IMHO the greatest rhythm section currently active in rock music. Truly inventive bass and drumming - not over played but always interesting with unusual choices that make the songs rich. They're not just keeping a beat EVER! Magnificent composition and stellar guitar work from Kanami Tono and equally magnificent vocals from Saiki Atsumi grab us by the ears.Then There's Miku Kobato- no Miku no BandMaid. Founder, chief lyricist, vocal harmonies sung while playing rhythm guitar she is the backbone of this group. She's the lead singer who fired herself so that the lead singer would have a more rock and roll voice. She's the singer who learned to play guitar while in the band. A paid professional learning her instrument on the fly. Now she has her own signature model of Zematis electric guitar. She willed BandMaid into existence. I haven't even begun to say all I could. Come and see for yourself! BTW I am 66 yrs old.

I recommend their songs "From Now On (Official Music Video)" and "Hate? (Official Live Video)" when you are ready to see newer songs from them. But it can also be nice to watch "Freedom (Official Live Video)" and "Domination (Official Live Video)" to get a better sense of how they have grown over the years.

This is one of their more simplistic songs, as they get a lot more epic than this! Probably the best hard rock band on the planet right now! However, they are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Japanese female rock and metal bands. For something just as epic, if not moreso, but more in the metal realm, check out LOVEBITES! In the eyes of many, the top four or five Japanese female bands are LOVEBITES, Band-Maid, Nemophila, Hanabie, and recently Bridear has been starting to get a lot of notice. This was the band's first music video ever and it saved the group. They were endangered of being disbanded when they shot this video but luckily someone uploaded it to social media where it took off and saved the group. Since then the group gained control over their music, their costumes have changed, Miku learned to play guitar (she was faking it in this video) and the have over 130 songs to enjoy. When you delve more into their catalog you'll see this band is criminally underrated. Welcome down the pigeon hole.

So....10 yrs later Band Maid is now the very best hard rock band in the world. I love Thrill but this is kindergarten relative to the joys that await you on your trip down the most melodious rabbit hole on Earth or Delta 9 for that matter. Welcome aboard princess.

The chocolate was a way of telling you that the book might grant your wishes . he's a kid loves chocolate . the girls " who kinda remind me of Daughters of Atlas " gave the man a camera a metaphor for his wish to catch butterflies . note how he nice and kind , he wante dto catch butterflies but not hurt them thus he got a camera . and the boy is in a paradox state like since opening the book showed him a picture of him holding the same book p.s: i'm obssessed with details don't mind me
The random guy dancing outside of the window is Roland Orzabal. 🙂He is the co-founder of Tears For Fears (TFF) along with Curt Smith, who is the band's bassist & the singer on this track. Orzabal is also the guitarist, primary vocalist & primary songwriter for the group. Smith occasionally sings on a few tracks on their albums. Orzabal & Smith were in a band called Graduate prior to TFF with three other members, & there is a performance of the group performing their song "Ever Met A Day" on TV on KZread. It's interesting. The song's catchy. Tears For Fears was formed when Graduate disbanded in 1981. Orzabal & Smith created TFF (1981) & soon after keyboardist Ian Stanley & drummer Manny Elias joined the group to complete the band's TFF lineup. Elias left the band in 1986 & Stanley left the band in 1987. Stanley did play keys on three tracks to the follow up to the "Song's From The Big Chair" album (1985) called "The Seeds Of Love" released in 1989. This album took three years to record & produce & you can hear The Beatles influence in this album, especially on the first single, "Sowing The Seeds Of Love," which has The Beatles pastiche all over this track. The song is a sonic delight to the ears with so many interesting sounds & switches going on. Production & song structure wise, it's one of their best songs in their catalog. Smith left TFF after this album & Orzabal was the sole member of the band. Orzabal recorded two albums continuing as TFF solo until Smith rejoined the band (or Orzabal really) in 2004, & they have remained as TFF (again) ever since.

This is the best band ever. Right now my playlist is 90% Japanese bands because they are all very talented. Band-Maid is at the top of very stacked pool of bands coming out of Japan. I am 55 and have seen Pink Floyd live, and when Band-Maid comes back to the States I will be there watching the best band ever!

Welcome to Band-Maid! The best hard rock band I have heard in my 58 years on this planet. They don't stick to any one genre and often mix genres in songs. They are extremely diverse and have an extensive back catalogue featuring Punk, Pop-Punk, Hard-Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Prog, Blues, Jazz, Groove, Rap etc. From face melting 220 bpm punk-prog to ballads, instrumentals to acoustics they do it all. They can make you headbang, they can make you pogo, they can make you cry like a baby. They are also five of the nicest people in music, without a shred of ego. They are funny and fun and world class musicians to boot. They are currently into their 11th year with the original line up. Btw, Miku the rhythm guitarist (red rose) formed the band. She had the idea of Band-Maid after working as a maid in Japanese maid cafe's. Her idea is a concept called "The Gap" - that is what you see (cute maids) is NOT what you get (Hard Rock/Punk/Metal). Although not considered their best, this song is highly regarded as it is the song that saved the band. The label was going to pull the plug if the song didn't do well. Thankfully, a J-rock Facebook group posted it to their page, and the MV took off! 10+ years later, still going strong. All original members!

Band-Maid are one of the greatest rock bands playing today (THE greatest if you ask me). For me not because of gender or outfits or country of origin or anything like that. It's that they write amazing, melodic, multi-layered, well-crafted rock music and play it brilliantly. You've got the song that kick-started Band-Maid under your belt, so feel free to try anything else on their channel. If you want to check out some live songs, maybe sample from their recent arena concert at Yokohama: Hate, endless story or Don't You Tell ME. But they are so consistent, you can pretty much choose randomly.

New sub here. You stand upon the precipice of either falling in love with BandMaid or getting distracted and thinking they are just another band. They're not. They are arguably the greatest proper rock and roll band of the 21st century. Hyperbole is very difficult to avoid with BandMaid so screw it. I envy you so much. There is so much wonderful music,, tears and laughter ahead of you if you keep listening. There's no way to describe here why all the things they do combine to create the music. Tons of riffs - enough to make an album for most bands in one song. More hooks than grandad's tackle box. Genre bending writing and performances. In damn near every song a sing along bit for the fans to keep us engaged. Word play between English and Japanese homophones is not uncommon. Deep collaboration between all members to allow everyone to shine. What they have done is harness their egos in service to the song. Akane Hirose and MISA are IMHO the greatest rhythm section currently active in rock music. Truly inventive bass and drumming - not over played but always interesting with unusual choices that make the songs rich. They're not just keeping a beat EVER! Magnificent composition and stellar guitar work from Kanami Tono and equally magnificent vocals from Saiki Atsumi grab us by the ears.Then There's Miku Kobato- no Miku no BandMaid. Founder, chief lyricist, vocal harmonies sung while playing rhythm guitar she is the backbone of this group. She's the lead singer who fired herself so that the lead singer would have a more rock and roll voice. She's the singer who learned to play guitar while in the band. A paid professional learning her instrument on the fly. Now she has her own signature model of Zematis electric guitar. She willed BandMaid into existence. I haven't even begun to say all I could. Come and see for yourself! BTW I am 66 yrs old.

I recommend their songs "From Now On (Official Music Video)" and "Hate? (Official Live Video)" when you are ready to see newer songs from them. But it can also be nice to watch "Freedom (Official Live Video)" and "Domination (Official Live Video)" to get a better sense of how they have grown over the years.

This is one of their more simplistic songs, as they get a lot more epic than this! Probably the best hard rock band on the planet right now! However, they are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Japanese female rock and metal bands. For something just as epic, if not moreso, but more in the metal realm, check out LOVEBITES! In the eyes of many, the top four or five Japanese female bands are LOVEBITES, Band-Maid, Nemophila, Hanabie, and recently Bridear has been starting to get a lot of notice. This was the band's first music video ever and it saved the group. They were endangered of being disbanded when they shot this video but luckily someone uploaded it to social media where it took off and saved the group. Since then the group gained control over their music, their costumes have changed, Miku learned to play guitar (she was faking it in this video) and the have over 130 songs to enjoy. When you delve more into their catalog you'll see this band is criminally underrated. Welcome down the pigeon hole.
