    I always try to teach my patients about being grateful without judging them ( without making them feel like they are ungrateful). Learning them to appreciate small things that matters, an example like waking up in the morning seeing a new day, new objects, that we can see and smell our environment etc appreciating " little things" if they are little... Not all patient with depression have serious problems but ofcourse we are different and sensitive the different ways but we can still be hournest with each other and help each other. Life is a gift.. thanx for the video

    Your hair is beautiful well done on reaching 7 years. Regards regrowth looks normal & after 7 years you could leave longer between reties as it seems you get one full rotation, I recently started to leave longer gaps between reties and it’s great. Also try jojoba or avocado oil as our hair can absorb these 2 oils coconut oil tends to leave hair crispy, but it’s just a suggestion as we have similar hair density & fine strand texture but I have 190 locs as didn’t want lonnnnnnnnng maintenance sessions. Thanks for hair update been waiting for this ☺️ 🇬🇧

    Dione! I recognize your name. Thank you for still being here! I did use avocado and jojoba for awhile when I was in the states. I'll give them a try again. Thank you for that reminder. It really means a lot to see your name. How many years has it been for you with your locs?

    Thanks so much for sharing, I can relate so much with you and I love how you just said d it perfectly " If I can express myself how can I show people who I am " I struggle with that so much. I am also in a country where I am learning the language, and it's very exhausting, sad, and frustrating that you cant share more about yourself with others because you don't know how to, but you would love to. It's so so hard

  • @yogamedsara
    @yogamedsara2 ай бұрын

    Sara here 😊 I decided to move back because I wanted to be closer to my family. After a tragic accident happened to a close friend of mine I felt like I needed to come back home. I miss Puerto Viejo a lot though and I have been back to visit many times. ❤

    @@yogamedsara Thank you for answering! I can relate, I am from Europe but I live in Australia. I will be going back too. Need an interview part 2 about how you have dealt with the move :) how does it feel to be back? Are people grumpy?

  • @yogamedsara
    @yogamedsara2 ай бұрын

    @@imigrantpunk yes, the move back definitely required some integration time and reestablishing into a culture and society that felt both foreign and like home at the same time. Might be time for a part 2, you're right. :)

    King Elder Patterson is the leader of our Tribal Association and the Tribal Forum. He's a good person with a great hart. Marcus Garvey's Legacy of Pan-Africanism is celebrated annually in the town of Old Harbour on August 17 at 4 pm in Liberty Hall Marcus branch 301 of the UNIA. This Liberty Hall is also located in Old Harbour diagonal from Mr. Patterson's restaurant. This event to date is the only Pan-African Marcus Garvey celebration done by my organization and are working on making it a national recognized holiday.
