  0:39 I have this phone, with Android 9 installed, developer options unlocked. When I get to where you tapped on OEM Unlocking, I don't have that option on my phone, I even scrolled all the way through the list where you tapped on OEM Unlocking to see if it was located elsewhere, but it is not. My phone is paid for. When I bought this phone, I had T-Mobile, and now have Xfinity. Also, if I am able to do this update, will it save all of my contacts, text messages, and pictures??

  Only Exynos models can use custom roms, there's no custom rom available for Snapdragon model yet.
