  Nintendo couldn't handle not being the forefront. Imagine where we would be if we had a Nintendo Play with U Sony Wii Series XX. Yeah maybe Microsoft needed to just provide the hardware and quit with the names. We Should be the Sontendo 8 by now, or the Nintendy. Only time technology innovation ocfurs is furing real war. Not during patent war.

  You had me interested at "They grip the Switch super tightly"! My normal joycons always want to slip off the tablet all the time no matter how lightly i push on them and these seem like they'd be pretty much super glued to it!

  It’s because the things that are supposed to keep the joycons attached to the switch are the flimsiest plastic imaginable and tend to break, new joycons can stay latched to the switch pretty well but over time the latching mechanism wears out and/or breaks

  Mobapad does make a case that fits the whole thing. It's nice enough - similar to a Steam Deck case

  the edc case (the one in video) only fit the steam deck unfortunately. If you want a space for the charger, they have the maxcarry edition with the same material as the edc ones

  I just bought these and the size feels perfect. The joysticks feel amazing. Will see if no HD, or motion controls becomes a factor, but I'm happy so far.

  Wish it wasn't so clicky, makes you really aware of how loud you game during nights and attracts looks of people if you take your switch outside. Regular joy-cons in comparison are basically silent

  Yeah this one is better than the original switch which is why I don't recommend the switch much, since those switch third party joycons like this one are 100% better because they are fatter and work better than most joycons from Nintendo themselves.

  Would love to snag one of these .... Got the MeatBoy & TomTanook versions - incredible!! MeatBoy was the AA batt kind, which is fine with a nice squad of Rayovacs or such, but with the TomTanook having its own rechargeable battery felt so much better & lighter ~~ Perhaps some Metroid Prime ones comin out soon ^-^

  It can! You can set a screen swap hot key if you want a single full screen and the touch controls work too

  Got mine like 3 days ago… I recommend uninstalling stock (all are old-to-date) emu’s and instal then again to get newer versions - games run way smoother !

  Yes, great advice. Good idea to replace the sd card as well and curate your own library of games. I’m going to try flashing Gamma’s stick fix on both my RG556 and RG Cube this weekend too

  It works but you definitely wouldn’t want to play it for longer play sessions. More of a novelty due to its extreme portability and ability to just toss in a pocket and pick up and play in short bursts. Works well with puzzle games or one-handing Pokémon type games
