Ive been trying to find a guided meditation with someone with such a calming voice like yours and ive struggled. My therapist is the only other one with a tone that seems to actually help me relax and focus to calm in these moments. I was about to have a meltdown and opted to give this video a try and im so happy it actually did help more than just my usual route of blaring music via headphones till i calmed down lol.

It is so good to see the bedside exam especially by the same doctor is so needed. I have just been a week in hospital being heart failure and kidney. Stages 3,. I Grew up with your physician seeing you at bed side. Please promote this concept so 11 physicians don’t have to put me through the stress of so many. Docs each testing, repeating tests, I have 11 doctors for a lot of major things and it is coming up with something just for you. All you have in hospital is all these different docs rotating. No comfort in that.

Since fatigue set it and causes more time in bed and a struggle to drink substantial fluids, my smooth body skin developed small bumps and is very wrinkly in my 71 years. My face is fine. I attribute my situation to drinking less. I add fruits and try to insert 16 oz of bone broth, along with sugarless coconut water, and mineral water, but due to my fatigue, I don’t always get the 8 - 8 oz of liquids.

The pharmaceutical company lowers numbers for diabetes and blood pressure, so the medical field can prescribe more drugs. In the US, all we know is drugs. In Asian and African countries, they will use herbs and drugs as a last result. Then you wonder why so many Americans are on street drugs.

Well they started testing me regularly I have a blood sugar sensor stuck to my arm all the time. People and my doctors have been telling me for years that I must have diabetes because I was over 30 but when testing my blood sugar was never over 130 now I got injured moving a carport with my brother carrying it across the driveway cracked my 2nd toe causing a big hematoma on my foot which went septic and they cut off my foot after being treated in the hospital they put me on insulin satins, beta blockers blood thinners, and a few other pills. I’m not sure about. Now on those I got neuropathy in both hands and my remaining foot some thing I’d never had before my blood sugar was around 95 to 100 all of the time I was in the hospital my blood pressure went up to 154/96 the throwing up every morning bothered me the most and then the night terrors started from the blood thinners and then they gave me Covid in the hospital I didn’t get any symptoms from that they kept checking me for liver and kidney failure which come from the satins and bath-blockers I found out after the night terrors because I’ve never experienced anything like that in my life and sing I wasn😢going to go back to sleep I started looking up what I was taking and they sent me in to get a hart monitor stuck to my chest well several of the nurses got upset because my arm was now black and blue from my Elbow to my armpit I couldn’t drive or anything because of also being dizzy all of the time and was also starting to suffer from dementia and talking writhing or doing anything were becoming almost impossible to do the bata-blockers also said you can’t be alone ever because you’re hart can stop and you have to always have someone their doing CPR till help arriving can continue. Anyway the nice nurses rushed me to the ER where i spent most of the rest of the day and most of the night looking for blood clots they didn’t find any also my eyes were hemorrhageing not because of the drugs because they never cause these problems even though they are listed on web Md as problems from these drugs well I had run out of all of them and was going to get the refills on the way home but after getting out of the hospital everything was closed and I couldn’t get a ride to town again for altos a week. But then something funny started happening the feeling in my fingers started coming back I wasn’t throwing up every morning the first time in almost 6 months my thinking started getting clearer I was still having trouble writhing it took almost a week to list the ten symptoms that had gone away after going off of the drugs and my blood pressure had dropped to 130/85 the lowest it has been since going to the hospital and my blood sugar was around 100 to 175 the doctor got mad that my blood pressure and other symptoms had gone Dow and walked out refusing to even talk about the symptoms that were listed as overdoses of the medications 💊 that were now gone. It’s been almost a year now that I’ve been off of them my finger tips are still a little tingling and my foot is a little numb and I’m still getting injections in each eyeball but that down to around once every 8 weeks now and my vision has gotten a lot better I still use reader glasses but I can read my iPhone with out them the small print is still a little fussy but I can read it. My blood pressure has gone down to 120/80 I don’t have any irregular heartbeat but here’s the big one the med cause the vitamin B receptors to stop working that’s what causes the numbness so I take vitamin B1, B6, B12, D3 Magnesium and K2 not all of the time but even not eating for over 24 hours if I take B6 my sugar goes up to around 250 and stays there for around 12 hours even taking the long lasting insulin will not lower it vitamins B1 and B12 will rase it to around 200 now I quit eating anything with sugar and very seldom eat any starches just meat and some vegetables mostly caned or fresh. Now I’ve been playing the harmonica since I was around 5 or 6 years old back in the 60’s I’m almost 68 years old now the last few months my blood sugar has been creeping up. Like I said I have the FreeStyle Libre 2 I check it anytime I do anything different before eating after eating or doing anything different or feeling differently throughey out the day testing 5 or 6 times a day sometimes more often now I’ve started playing my harmonica again I even posted some of it live on Facebook part of which got messed up and deleted so I did another 1.5 hours of playing so I could show my doctor who by the was wasn’t interested in the health of his patience but here’s what I found out when my blood sugar is over 250 to 300 or higher I can play and wright music from 250 down to about 180 I can play my instruments around 180 I have trouble with thinking and playin a tune around 150 I can sort of play songs that I know very well but have trouble remembering the tunes or even playing along with them on my phone when my blood sugar gets down around 100 I have a hard time even watching KZread. Now last weekend I went to the local food bank they gave me a small loaf of French bread I made a couple of sandwiches 1 slice of bread about 3 inches square and a 1/2 inch thin with a little mayo a slice of cheese and some ham on it my blood sugar went to 367 after eating 2 of these last night at 9:30 pm. I even took my insulin at 10:30 pm now I know it’s bad because I don’t feel bad and I haven’t been feeling hungry all of the time so you know I’m risking my life by not being hungry all of the time and being able to do thing and being able to think that’s one of the worse signs of diabetes not being able to think or do thing and not being hungry all of the time that’s how I’m guessing you know your healthy if your miserable in pain feeling bad you know your going to die any minute then your doing everything right but if your not in pain your stomach isn’t upset and you can think and do things that is unhealthy. Just check out me on Facebook under Glen Parker my sugar was around 250 and I was able to play till it drops to 180 and I started having trouble remembering how to play a instrument that I’ve been playing since the 1960’s and at 180 I’m having trouble playing and had to quit what I’d like to know is how did they determine that 100 was good the only study I could find on the internet was they tested 10 college students for a week in 1950 and determine that 100 was normal and healthy now I was little back then and I do remember the 60’s they checked 10 college student who were probably hung over and sold there blood for beer money one week and they determined that these 10 drunk kids were what everyone should try to accomplish well I’m not a alcoholic and have only drank a couple of times in my life and have never gotten drug and passed out ever and don’t plan on doing so in the future either although most of my relatives on both sides of the family were alcoholics and drug addict and drinking cases of beer and throwing up all over myself and the yard like they did every week and feeling like they did the rest of the week just didn’t appeals to me. Maybe I’m a rebel but I don’t want to live like that and if that Normal I’ll pass

The amount of bad research in this area is staggering. I took a look at the paper published 4/2016. Enrolment was from 1999 - 2002 so they had plenty of time to do a proper study. The total mean Vit D intake in the 2nd trimester was only 600 IU. No surprise that 33% of mothers were under 50nmol/L (seriously deficient for a pregnant mother), 61% of infants and 18% of their school age children. How is that even allowed to happen??

Early January of 2022 my father died of heart failure. Two years prior he had a heart attack and surgery with stents. But it didn't make a difference. Should I look into this? Maybe the doctors are to blame maybe its not uncommon. But I getting suspicious that they didn't properly test or even diagnose him.

I got allergic contact dermatitis from using a hair product. It affected my scalp. I stopped using it and then it still spread to the rest of my body. My doctors gave me antibiotics and steroid creams. Nothing worked permanently. This lasted for SIX MONTHS. I read a book that it had to do with gut health and vitamin D deficiency. I got sunlight, ate salmon, took vitamin D supplements, I cut out sugars and added prebiotic fiber and I felt a difference in two weeks. In another two weeks, my skin healed and the itching stopped. This experience inspired me to start my own channel talking about this stuff. If you are suffering, there's a cure!
