grabbing the dragon flies by their wings is not a good idea, it damages their perfectly designed wings. you can get an idea on how to perfectly hold them without hurting it.

I was on Brighton Beach today, and remembered my old friend Gerorge aka Dr Geebers. Sadly George took his own life on 7th March 2015. Still miss you George. I am in the process of writing a book about this journey of walking the coast of the UK. The proceeds of this book will go to aid homeless charities. This is my aim. All money that was raised on the beach was to help my journey around the coast more easier since I had no sponcership and was homeless at the time. I would love to do the journey again taking 3 or 4 young homeless and changing their lives around while promoting this book. Can this happen? I hope it can. Thank you

I met him in sheringham in 2011 and I was amazed by him. He is homeless and was able to camp out in the rain in a windy shack by the sea. He is an inspiration.

Fantastic camera work there. I must have been standing alongside you at some point but only got a handful of mediocre stills.

Fabulous film. Really brings back the excitement of watching 1500 odd lunatics on the first leg of their IronMan journey. Thanks for putting this together! :)
