  I visited Berlin for 3 days in December of 1990. Our train still had to stop at the former border of west/east Germany. The sniper tower was empty. The wall was gone in Berlin, and I had full access to all locations, including that giant radio/tv tower in the former east Berlin. I hope to return someday.

  Oh yes, no problem, so long as the weather does not stop you...but the weather changes constantly throughout the day so sometimes you just have to go to a pub for a couple hours and then try again.... take lots of layers, scarves etc its a moist cold so gets right to your bones, even though it may actually not be that low in temperature... have fun!

  By the way east Germany was communist anyway. Nobody has done a playlist for any of the songs. They were also bankrupt by the end of the 1980s and had started on a social market economy before they decided to join together again.

  hello! query, how could you travel from Arica to Lima? Did you go through Tacna first and then take a bus to Lima? How long did it take to travel from Tacna to Lima by bus? Or did you go by plane to Lima?

  Hi, at the time there the road was closed due to flooding or a landfall so we had no choice but to fly from Tacna to Lima....oldest commercial plane I have ever flown on, it was falling apart, but we made it - lol

  I USED to live there!!! I know the Suchans ( the walnut farm) I lived just out of Upper Lake ( Wittersprings) which is no longer an official town since1995 to 2007- moved away Lived in Lucerne 2009 to 2014 then moved away then lived in Lakeport 2016 to 2018- moved away the Lakeport again 2021 for 8 months NOW I got tired of the overtaxed Liberal politics and Big government so I moved to the FREE state of Tennessee for a much better quality of life. ANYHOW there is more nice areas you could visit, like Cobb Mt, Lakeport, Kelseyville OR go back to Upperlake and drive up Middle Creek/ Elk Mt road to Lake Pillsbury ( in the summer only)
