Lot of factual information here. I read on your website that social media will have you thinking a false way about the stats ect. I've got a hot hatch that 20 years ago people were coming in your house for. Now it's worth £2k. Do they bother? Not a chance. There's only so much to be gained from stealing a bike, worth going to prison for 3 years for £5k? Only if you're absolutely mega desperate.
Easy to say no one should have cars when you live in London. Shutdown the entire tube network for a week, then see how smart they are without cars.
I think you are only protecting the interest of the manufacturers with your approach. F9 is trying to stir critical thinking and actual science coming to protect us. Just like equestrian athletes have actual proper gear. Keep defending the established production systems. We can all see what you are doing here.
Okey dokey then...
If its meant to be a study on the construction of jeans, but the companies won't tell us - or won't be honest about - what they're made of, then could you just tell us the brands? Like, I'm not calling anyone to find these answers. Good on you for doing that, but I'm not. Can I just know the jeans? FFS?
Maxima chainnwax on dirtbikes. After trying several others over the years, based on the eye test I chose this one many years ago. Happy to see the science backed my eye test. Good stuff Maxima.
probably the best motorcycle is the suzuki 800,.. over the years I believe it to be the best,.. something normal in suzuki,.. nothing against the others, I even think they are more attractive,.. but the suzzuki's durability is not It's a bit disappointing,.. however, I find it a little heavy,.. and this problem also affects the CF Moto 800, it also has a high weight,.. but after all, they are trail bikes,.. Feedback
I hate that we've sold our laws here in the states to the highest buyer. You guys don't seem to suffer from a textiles company telling lawmakers what the rules will be.
I'm not familiar with thrust as it applies to motorcycles. I would be interested in understanding how it is different than torque and how it is calculated.
Thanks for an excellent and comprehensive review. Just back from a bike rally where someone managed to drive a car over my Neotech II !!! So, now looking to replace it quickly and your review has helped me with that decision.
Honda CTX700. Problem solved.
One cut would have had that off!!! all you had to do was deflate the tyre 🤦
Here’s the real question: how much power to the wheel do you gain from using a non-sealed chain vs a sealed chain? I never lube my sealed chain since it looked great at 10,000 miles with no special care.
0 to 60 is far more important than quarter-mile times for a road bike. It's where you spend the vast majority of your riding time.
Absolutely love these guys I wish this was a weekly segment they are so knowledgeable about the bikes they test on each episode. Can't wait for the next installment and hope there are many more to come 👍🏍️
This vid deserves way more views. Really insightful. Great job fella
Wouldn't it make more sense to do something about theft, rather than chaining bikes?
Great video. I hope he stays away from Adventure bikes until he is old. Nice to see a young biker. Street Triple is a great idea.
After watching video, looked for the Suzuki RE for sale , found one locally for £7599 , ex demo with 470 miles in same colour, had test ride and picking up on Tuesday after trading in my Yamaha 22 reg mt 07 , thanks for info Guys .
Glad to hear it, and I hope you enjoy! Do let us know how you get on. Cheers, Michael
I've been using the DuPont chain wax. Too bad you couldn't get it to test, I'm interested in how it would have compared to Maxima wax especially at half the price of Maxima.
simple and very nicely explained....great sir✌👌👌
I could see this being great if you work less then 5 mile to and from work. Personally I have the chance to toy with one. It’s an adrenaline rush. It’s capable of whip lash. Price is a bit steep tho $6,000 should be a solid price point tho. Light enough to load in a pickup truck and take with you on vacation for fun local rides. There is great potential for this and not having a heavy bike to load and unload. Personally I would buy one. I have bed ramps. Could load this solely by yourself. No need for another set of hands. It’s simple has a reverse to get in and out of truck beds alone lightweight. Maybe low range for most people but as a cruiser around town on vacations will save you money in gas. To me that’s a win. Would I leave it unattended probably not. 99% in the bed locked up but this is a first step and chance for a giant leap if priced right. For having a smaller light bike to take locally
The Scrambler is the ugliest bike ever
Phil should of got a Kawasaki 750 Turbo 😁
What do you think would happen when you have to meet emissions in CA and EU
I've seen a number of these comparison videos between the z500 and the Ninja 500 and most of the riders end up choosing the Z500 over the Ninja. Does that all boil down to comfort?? A Salesman told me that the difference between the two bikes in terms of handlebar placement is only one inch difference, so you will lean forward 1 in with the ninja 500, it looks more than that to me.
i don't understand, what do you mean the GS controller doesn't work as well with DMDv2?
DMD2 doesn't respond to all the potential control that the GS controller could offer. OsmAnd and Locus work great.
thanks for responding@@bennettsbikesocial. Sorry, I'm still not understanding: what features in DMD2 don't work?
Adjustable screen height, folding mirrors, folding brake etc, adjustable height suspension by moving bolt on the linkage (why doesn’t everyone do that). Less than 6k is a market killer. Good luck competing with that rest of world.
Saw Mr Hargreaves in Staithes last week! Some nice riding roads around there :)
I wish Suzuki would hire a design team that’s actually good at designs. They’ve been down hill since 2011
Scissor Jack opens em up
Yeah, I can totally relate to the „steering problem“. Preload was set too low and it felt awkward especially in slow turns. I gave the Preload 20 additional clicks and everything felt perfect. It was actually the same problem I‘ve had with my CRF1100L (2022). Out of the factory it is set to 7 clicks of 35-37clicks (it seems to vary a little) and I had to give it 26-28 clicks to feel comfortable in turns and corners. I don‘t understand why manufacturers adjust preload so soft … or they have to instruct their dealers to set it up to the weight of their customers before leaving.
Lol @ using the isle of man as a selling point. Ok, so now they can sell 5 more bikes…
I used to take my motovlogs with the GoPro hero10 and the insta360 x2. Now with the insta360 Ace Pro and the X2. The Hero 10 , does have better color and audio, but the reliability of it working properly is something to cringe. The Ace Pro trumps all with low light using pure video mode
Unnecessary annoying music
His feet position makes me nervous
Whilst the e clutch looks like a great thing for commuters, if i get a cb650r it will be the 2023 version as i feel the styling looks so much better than the new model 😅 Btw, this clutch sounds a lot like the reclukse systems you can get for dirt bikes. Theyve been around for 20 years or more.
great video, quick question when you render the video what Bit rate did you used with the insta360 X 4??
I ony have the X3, but 100mbps
First time seeing this format of review. Love it !🎉
Thanks and welcome! There’s 11 episodes in total all on a playlist. Three more to come over the next few weeks. Cheers, Michael
The best naked middleweight is the CBR650R. Why are this lot obsessed with parallel twins?
(cough cough) DESMO SERVICE at 18,000 on the Multi! Reckon he dodged a bullet on that one. That pretty much stopped me buying a V2S.
Well, cruise control wasn’t needed for me on my test ride! I loved the power delivery, size, weight, seat comfort, suspension travel and damping, grip, balance and turn in compared to my Vstrom 650, it was miles better. I got a good deal for my part exchange, and rode home the black colour DE the same day. Not an impulse buy, but one informed by your detailed review (and others too of course!) It’s a wonderful bike, and I’m so happy to own this. 🙏👍 thanks for your great detailed review. 😀🙏
I have 2 squire padlocks. I use them every day...
LOL, let's go and tweak the suspension on the triumph! Great video again
Good on Ducati for trying to make it more accessible. Most reviewers are tall so have no feel for what it’s like for us shorties of the world.
Boeshield?
It's in there now.
Just been for a test ride and I did like it totally different from what I’ve had before, very Revie 65-70 nice above I was getting vibes through my hands and bum but overall it’s light easy to ride don’t know what it would be like with a pillion that seat don’t look very nice, mirrors no good at all have to sort them out, think a bigger tooth on gear box would make a difference, but the lightness and Manoeuverability seems to fit what I want now I’m 72 🙁,As you get older speed ain’t everything been able to push it about parking and getting it in and out off your garage gets you on it 😊.
Unless you are a muslim child groomer. Then you can do as you please because the london police are terrified of being called islamophobes. Do what you want to their daughters, just don't call the bobbies islamophobic.
What about the benelli trk 702?
ktm should check into their vibration problem
Great video as always….👍
Thanks very much! Cheers, John
