  Nice little contemporary house. I like the quality of materials in the construction, especially in the kitchen and as you call it the primary bathroom. I guess in that part of San Antonio to be a lot of teardowns and new homes being built on the plots. My grandfather, and both my parents were born in San Antonio and I guess I was conceived there as well, but my mom was visiting and Aunt and I decided to appear. Otherwise I could say I was From San Antonio. Anyway, looking forward to a trip back to Texas to see San Antonio, Austin, and Fort Worth, where I kind of grew up Part of my life. For some reason your video was suggested to me so I watched it. I’m also an agent in Marbella Spain, selling mostly to people buying vacation homes from other parts of Europe, and around the world. I like to simplicity of your video keep up the good work.

  Real estate photographer here. Dude I love the house but you gotta cut this down to 3-5 minutes. People start to lose interest after that and if it’s moving too slow. Not bad mouthing, just trying to help. Nice house, though.

  You did not show the driveway portege, the garage, the little shop/room whatever it is that attaches with a walkway into the home..?!? that is what really makes unique and what I was hoping to see... disapointing...

  ask perry homes- who is small enough to sit on that master bath triangle seat, why not make it a full seat across... also ask- master bath sink 1 is on the left and sink 2 is also on the left.. why?
