If I wanted to do this build, but as a Khajiit, what would you suggest I wear? The clothes you used in this video? Or something else? And if its the former, then which fur color option would go great with the red of the outfit?

I wish you guys would come up with some more builds I’ve tried a bunch of these and made my own variations of some. Where have you gone? Probably off playing lame star field or whatever the new game is.

To get illusion maxed by level 40, you can train it with muffle. That spell increases illusion like crazy, especially when combined with well rested and mage stone.

I love this build, but I hate the idea of collecting daedric artifacts to safeguard them and the reason is simple: Once you get a daedric artifact, you automatically make a pact with its creator, in other words, you sell your soul to the creator of the artifact. The ideal solution for this is to fail the quest tied to a daedric prince or to choose the alternative ending of them, such as allow Erandur to destroy the Skull of Corruption, spare the life of Silus instead of killing him, kill that priest of Boethiah in order to defy Molag Bal, kill all priests of Boethiah, attract the priest of Arkay to be eaten by Namira's followers but you kill all of them instead of killing and eating the priest, kill Septimus once you receive the quest to harvest blood and keep the Oghma Infinium locked up forever, and the list continues... Either way, nice work!

Anyone have some good suggestions to get the gear early while maintaining the roleplay and not rushing? For example, the boots and likely robes and hat (unless you get a lucky vendor inventory spawn) are only found on Solsthiem, and I just feel the pacing would be off for the character. A fatal narrative flaw in Skyrim (and really most Bethesda RPGs) is the main quest feeling so urgent, there's rarely if ever moments in the narrative where you can just relax. In Skyrim, you COULD ignore the main quest after escaping Helgen and focus on, I don't know, the Dark Brotherhood questline, but imagine that from a roleplay perspective - you just witnessed the return of dragons, what's meant to signify the end of days, and you're asked to deliver the news to Whiterun, so of course you'll completely ignore that and go across the province to Windhelm to chat up Aventus Arentino. I don't like how fast-paced and urgent the Skyrim questline is, but for maximum immersive roleplay it's something you have to put up with, and the Redoran Swordmaster would be commited to helping people and focused on his duty of being the Dragonborn and defeating Alduin, so when would it even make sense for such a dedicated noble character to suddenly take a break and take a boat ride to Solsthiem???

I had a pretty sick revelation where my paladin of stendarr got bit by a wolf and contracted lycanthropy. He didnt know he needed more gremorial witch heads to cure it, so he didnt save it. Upon going to the soul cairn you can soul trap yourself to get in. I rp that the wolf spirit got soul trapped. When leaving the soul cairn you dont have to retrieve the soul crystal left there. I left the wolf spirit there and my paladin was cured of lycanthropy.
I can't wait for another build i hope at least your doing another one. if i may suggest one how about one being a champion of boethiah it be a good for ebony mail and the creation club add on goldbrand sword to be together for the build

If you're playing with the Lords Mail Creation installed (Or AE) then you dont need to destroy the dark brotherhood for the redguard hood! At the end of the quest Gift of Kynareath (Find the note in Castle Dour) There are three Alik'r Mercs guarding the shipment of The Lord's Mail. One of them wears the red hood
Would love to see some more nord builds, perhaps a nature warrior build inspired from ESO’s warden play style. Or a Nordic ranger, perhaps something that plays into or revolves around the survival mode aspects of the anniversary edition?
These guys could be dead right now and we'd never get clarity, they'd just never bless us with their builds again
Muffle and invisibility spells will let you walk through most dungeons with ease.
If you’re using destruction magic regularly it tends to level decently fast.

Really need help with the aesthetic of a stealth fire mage kajiht. I plan on wearing a hood. But i want to use light armor that looks unrestrictive as to make it seem like it'd be easier to escape. Will be doing thieves guild, college, dark brotherhood, dawn guard (siding with dawn guard), civil war (siding with empire), MSQ, and Dragonborn MSQ.
i dont care that this vid is 3 years old. ive been looking for a good mage build and a good argonian roleplay build. this is absolutely perfect!
