Literally, NOBODY is saying that we would have heaven on earth if we just got rid of hip-hop, or certain tendencies prevalent in hip-hop. "Reflecting" degraded conditions, ad infinitum, is no excuse. We must to be willing to reflect the highest ideals we wish to see externalized. And we MUST be willing to examine the influence of anything which seemingly promotes the values by which the very foundations of colonialism are founded and fed; blood-lust, lust for gold, narcissistic one-upmanship, ruthless ambition, and shallow objectification. MIC DROPPED.

Hip hop isn't the reason for men being assholes, if a man is a dick it's cuz he grew up that way with his mother getting beat or verbally abused, rappers truthfully don't take hip hop seriously neither do normal people, "bitches" "hoes" it's not a normal thing to say to a woman becuz men know woman have standards today and that its messed up, we know to respect women, hip hop isn't an issue, for all u idiots that think hip hop is mainly a negative factor for this society ur a ducking moron

Not really, I played my games during my undergrad. Its a win some lose some kinda game, but I was surprised and later (now) disappointed in the way the game works. I'd assume it wouldn't work for many women in my circle. Once guys learn to replace the bad boy bravado with confidence (status, money, and looks don't hurt) you end up talking to more fulfilling women. The problem is wading through the bs to get there. But women are generally demanding so every guy should have a bad boy edge IMO.

Cont: Had to say this... Bad girls do not equal freaks. I know plenty of supposed bad girls who turned out to be sexual novices at best. A lady in the streets and a freak in the bed means a woman who handles business in public or private in order to get ahead in life, who also just happens to have an incredible sexual imagination. I know plenty of women who fit that bill as well. See a jerk doesn't equal a bedtime specialist no more than a good girl equals a bed time novice peep the differences

That isn't making the first move. Some flirt just to flirt with no underlying meaning. So that's not a clear cut sign of you approaching someone. Now I know women don't like a push over, but the problem here is that they often confuse jerks for alpha males due to their direct demeanor. I learned to adopt that demeanor during my undergrad and I can tell you that it works. And a freak in the sheets isn't the same as being a bad girl. A bad girl is manipulative just like jerks. It doesn't translate

Actually no.Our society from a relationship standpoint is built upon men approaching women generally. Its actually basic psychology. Only the insane repeat the same thing and expect a different reaction. I was once one of the so-called "nice guys" and the finishing last part is very true. In college i flip the script and treated women the same way they treated me. SURPRISE! Positive responses. What incentive does a man have to respect a woman when his disrespect towards her gets him further?

The bible states women would be dominated by men and seek it. It was right on apparently.

Uh, from my experience male hatred towards women stems from female denial of men at an early age. Men learn heart break way before women and by the time women are supposedly ready for love men are typically over it. Then they experience what men have already gone through, generally speaking. But you really shouldn't judge a genre based on your limited knowledge of it. I could name a hundred artists you've never even heard of and you can't possibly judge them because you don't know their music.

Don't you think the film 'lost in translation' was a film that got lost in translation? I mean, it wasn't THAT deep.. It would have been better if he or she fell in love with a Japanese boy or girl.. and if Japan came through as much more different than merely the setting for Yakuza movies and Blade Runner..
