God is not a sadist as the world religions would put him. Especially postmodern Christianity, and the New World order. according to the Bible, God does not send anyone to hell, but rather allows us as human beings to choose life or death. what we do in this life determines whether we live or die. If we accept Jesus as our savior, we will have passed from death to life. if we choose to do our own thing, there is no place in heaven for us but rather the place reserved for the devil and his angels. Wouldn’t it be better to choose life? Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life. He that believes in me though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever believes and lives in me, will never die. and the ones that don’t believe unfortunately, all there is is death. Death as in nonexistence. God is not in the business of torturing people forever, because that is not death if you are conscious. Death is the state of unconsciousness, and the second death that Jesus refers to is that state of non-existence because there is no resurrection from that. This is what he wants to save us from; complete separation from God. Choose life.

I feel like the main reason is all the complexity and hypocrisy, the inconsistencies which is understandable because of the nature of speech being an arbitrary concept which can only deliver messages with as much words as you have and can make up, but it all feels so encompassing, seeping in every aspects of your life, worrying about theological theories and the afterlife and such, what is sin or what isn't sin, i just want to be a person, i want to be real, i feel like i am demanded to be perfect, to be right, instead of good and honest, how many times have we answered religion tests correctly (for those who have it) instead of honestly? I can't be perfect, i can't meet these standards because there's too many to worry about that I'd end up not living as a person, and I find it hard to believe in God cause even if i tried i would just be pretending, because as much as i can do my heart just couldn't believe

It's kind of like adults understanding teenagers, it all seems so shallow and simple but really it's not, and atleast I'm being honest, cause yes I'm a sinner, yes i do a lot of sin, everyone sins, the pope sins, religious leaders sin, the most righteous good people sin, if all that's important to religion is how much you sin or how bad you sin, then... What actually matters in our lives. Which begs the question, what is sin? If hypothetically, one day God said killing was good would we just follow through with that? Or would we reconsider? Is sin a label God gives because He's the standard? Or is it an objective thing outside of that? Life is harsh, not everyone feels God's presence the same.

if God put people to hell for eternity it will be with good reason, there is a reason for it and even if we think we are small sinners, it could be that we are very big sinners.

I agree. We are indeed "big sinners" whether we recognize it or not. But here's the problem with our popular understanding of "hell" Imagine one person who sins for 35 years of his life and dies, the popular belief goes that the God of "love" who is also "just" will torture and punish him for eternity. An eternity of torture as punishment does not square with 35 years of sinning. In other words, the punishment doesn't fit the crime. This belief leaves us with a picture of God as a tyrant, sadist, or the devil himself. That's why many turn to atheism to disassociate themselves with that kind of God. And don't believe that at all. I believe that God is love, just, and wise. I'm not saying that the Bible doesn't teach hell but maybe, our understanding of it needs to be compared with what the Word truly says. Maybe we should reimagine how we define "hell" and how it becomes consistent with the God of love emphasized in Scriptures. 🙏
