  For BGC😂, that is great budget 😀. Now, you can move to Makati, CEBU City or Davao area of the Philippines 🇵🇭. Also, living in the Philippines 🇵🇭 😀 is better because of communications in English and the Philippines 🇵🇭 tourists Visa. Living in the Kingdom of Thailand 🇹🇭 would not be for me. Philippines 😍 🇵🇭, was my home 🏡 1991 at AMERICA 🇺🇸 Claek AIR Base, Philippines 🇵🇭 ♥️ .I was age 28.. Now age 61, a widower, my children are grown now.   NO! Megaworld is a really really bad developer especially post-sales. They are good only at pre-selling or during selling. But post-sale, they will do anything to take control of the condo corporation and the unit owners will never ever have autonomous governance and you will never have your own board members. You will be stuck with megaworld-appointed condo president and board members. Also, property management is still megaworld-controlled company. They suck at property management, while charge for high assoc dues fees. Go to Ayala or Robinson or San Miguel instead. They are much better post-sales. Just sharing our exoeriences as owners of units developed by megaworld.

  DMCI is a good developer firm here in PH hopefully the first 3 letters doesn't scare you away. I'd recommend them if they also have units available in the same area.

  I dont think so…Megaworld has the most number of Town Ship in the Philippines…they are the first to develop BPO Town Ship in Libis, QC and new Town ships in Bacolod and Iloilo…Megaworld is also the consortium who constructed the Mactan-Cebu Intenational Airport and Clark International Airport…

  After the completion of New Manila International Airport in Bulacan.Expect the new similar BGC city development located in the current NAIA Airport today.When the New Manila International Airport in Bulacan finished. Existing NAIA Airport will be moved there and the land will be make a new city that more modern than BGC.

  You need to check out as well those areas of Manila Bay, in the next 10 yrs that area will be the next business hub of Metro Manila, it will for sure surpass BGC as it has 16 new islands intended for urban living and offices. I believe as early as 2022 they started to sell for those upcoming condo units there, some of the islands are on the finishing stage of reclamation. Just a thought by the way. Cheers!

  If I'm not mistaken it's the highest point in the province of Cavite. where my wife and I have a house we can see People's Park In The Sky from our subdivision. There are many times that it is covered with clouds. I bet that it was a scary time being up there when Taal erupted on January 12 , 2020. It was a wild time at the house in Silang, Cavite which is about 19km (12 miles) north of the main crater of Taal. I wish that I had more than just two videos of the eruption. My wife doesn't like heights so she stayed down at the bottom where there's parking which is close to where you pay to enter. It's great that you all had a great time and glad that you visited my wife's home country.. Please come back and enjoy more of the beauty of the Philippines.
