  I’m just not sure how satisfying it is to watch someone clean already clean carpet though. With steaming, the satisfaction comes from the transformation.

  @@cosmicthespider7974 unfortunately not ever carpet we clean is trashed. This carpet is a Navy base office. We clean it very often. But in a sense I do agree with you.

  @@pjg19751 The other videos are somewhere on the channel, and you're right-we do mostly specialize in cleaning carpets. However, we also offer other services, such as tile and grout cleaning. As for the "prattling," those are informative and quick videos taken throughout the day. I can't record every single dryer vent I clean, but I have ordered a tripod to showcase this more often. It's hard to record a video when you're up on a ladder. Plus it’s a newer service, there aren’t many videos. What type of videos would you like to see? I'm open to positive feedback.   I love this Channel I love carpet cleaning I love how you guys do restoration… 😍😍😍😍😍😍just wish some customers pay for the full services I know ppl in the industry and they do a good job and some customers pay for the works from A to Z. and yes SS is crap I know a good friend who used them and left her carpets really soaked that mold grew

  We don’t own a CRB. We never scrub the carpet as it’s not needed. Because we have good chemistry. 🧪

  We don’t CRB carpet. We rely on our chemistry, dwell time, water pressure and 200 degrees of heat to melt through the dirt. In my opinion CRBs aren’t really even needed. But yes for hair it is good to do after vacuuming.
