  It’s not exactly a ghost story, it’s called sleep paralysis, and it can end VERY badly, your own mind can basically kill itself, but that’s an extreme but given how tired idols can get, it’s possible.

  I get sleep paralysis twice in a night. I was too scared at first then after I found solution myself. The solution is just calm your mind, don't try to move ur body, close your eyes, convince your mind to nothing gonna harm me, pray your gods name (Sorry for my bad English)
