Excellent video - Thank you. Content creators unfortunately bring out the self styled “experts” than always know better. I love the Whilton Marina content. Please keep it coming 😊
How much will that cost please
I wonder what happened to the catswhiskers
I wonder were is the catswhiskers is now
A huge bathroom. Still for sale ?
I'm afraid not. There are plenty of other boats on our website though if you want to take a look: www.whiltonmarina.co.uk/used-narrowboats/default.aspx
Video to short, but good.
Stayed on her many a time. A wonderful vessel.
On this boat the bottom was 10mm thick but what about the original thickness of the sides? Thanks
Awesome boat love it
Completely soulless, like a toshed up council flat.
Really helpful thank you. I will definitely be making my own dip stick 😀
Excellent video well. explained could do with more like this.
The chance to sell this to the viewers nut instead of giving us details about the boat, you remain silent which in itself is bizarre.
Etc
I've got a good idea keep talking while the train goes by
If the sides have to be a minimum of 4mm how thick does the base plate need to be for insurance purposes?
Hi Adam, 4mm too
That pin didn't go well😂
£49,950 a good price
I hope so as just brought it

what a simple smart solution. Love it
42K Cash in hand.
Not impressed by the quality of the welding. Reminds me of my first attempt to weld when I was 11.
Bello
Lovely Hudson. If I didn’t already own one, then this would be a serious contender!
Replace the battery in the smoke detector
Do you have to strip the interior to overplate? Just thinking due to the heat created
Nice, a bit different.
Would like to see a video on Duke, the 47 foot trad you have.
Will get one uploaded.
thanks for the talk through.
Mr Steele, and the loverly dawncraft grp boats......also remember the fuel pumps.......cheers for the memories
No videos lately? would like to see one on Duke with the engine running.
Good job
Aloha.. great selection
A COUPLE OF WEEKS !! .As a solo boater, mine lasts 6 weeks. My holding tank is a fairly modest 200 Litres. I think the number of people regularly using the toilet is the biggest factor. If I were having a boat built, i would spec a 500 Litre tank.
noticed you have mag-guard anodes, Ive found them on ebay, but is there a supplier or maker you can get these directly from?
Hi Shruwz - we use Midland Chandlery for our Anodes.
Humphrey bogart could of used one of these weed hatches on the African Queen
Just bought this boat in 2021 after lockdown. She needs some care and attention since this video but am confident that Ruby will be back to spec in no time. Happy cruising 👍
Should not be aloud to empty grey waste into canal . There should be emptying stationplaces . Caravans and motorhomes have to empty out in waste stations provided, boats should be the same .
Gray waste could be stored in a seperate tank and used for toilet flushing saving clean drinking water.
I have a number of problems with my coolant overheating in the header tank. Watching your excellent video can you please advise where i cab get more details and costs to convert by boat to raw water cooling
Thanks so much for posting this, it makes buying a 2nd user Narrowboat sound even more of a minefield than I thought it was going to be ! The good thing though is that it should leave no one in any doubt that buying a Narrowboat without having a survey carried out is nothing short of total madness. One question if I may, is what happens if a major fault with the hull or engine/drivetrain has been covered up in some way resulting in the surveyor missing it ? I am sure anything like that would be extremely unlikely, but can a surveyor be held responsible ?
Thank you!
When I try the link it always times out, is there a problem?
Hi Enda, Ive just tested the link from our devices. The link seems to be working.
Craig's expression when you introduced him was a treat
Given China's human rights issues, what process have you put in place to prevent these issues in terms of Labour and safety?
Hi Dean, seen as this video was published in 2012, we no longer import boats from china.
Really like this boat. If it wasn't for lockdown I'd visit today! I don't really want a Pump out loo, but if the rest ticks all the boxes it's a definite goer. I think it's a bit overpriced, and as it hasn't sold almost immediately, I worry about what's wrong with it... No recent surveys, and a head gasket change...
Hi Richard, we are still selling boats during lockdown via FaceTime, WhatsApp, Telephone and email, If your interested please feel free to email [email protected]
@@WhiltonMarina Weird, because I'm sure I commented on The Cat's Whisker, not this one! I'll email, but I'd still require a physical look before making a decision
They dont print the price on the videos because prices change. If your actualy interested take a minute and go to the webpage and check out the posting which shows the price engine type and all the other information you need.
£40 000 not a penny more
Unfortunately we have just sold it.
Boat’s already under offer!
I do not do facebook, just how much ?
