  I love Celicas! Mine is an 04 Solar Yellow GTS 6 speed with OEM HIDs lol I just put the rare Borla exhaust on it too. I can't wait to drive it again tomorrow 😭😭😭

  Depends on your definition of functional, does it pull air into the engine bay? Yes. Does it really do anything else? Not really.
