  It was a bad song. And she was off a couple of times. Noone there or at home who voted, knew the song so she needed a stellar performance yet it was humdrum.

  Looking back at this…the judges were too harsh! She did a beautiful job on the song! 😠 Simon sucked back then. Nadia is a beautiful singer! ❤️👍🏼😍

  I agree. He is so much better now. I think with Simon said about going home.. it swayed the public for sure! Ya unheard of song but she sang it beautifully

  What a great voice.. just saw her daughter try out for American idol. Looked her up. I REMEMBER HOW I FELT BACK THEN, she should have been in the top 3. Can not wait to see how her daughter progresses through. Good luck.

  I've never understood the love for Carrie Underwood. She sings in too high a key and always sounds like she's screaming. Nadia was a much better singer.

  There were lots of off putting song choices back in the day! She had maybe one off note that was noticeable, but she did a great performance and looked stunning. I agree that the judges were nit picking for whatever reason, and their comments could have swayed the voting. Nadia should have gone further based on her talent! ❤️ Hoping her daughter goes farther this year, 2022! 😉

  She was singing pop songs that didn't fit her. It was like Mandisa singing country. Her elimination song was, like Mandisa, a country song.

  Here 2022... Just watched her daughter surprise her by taking her to American Idol 2022 blindfolded and auditioning infront of her..... priceless. Her daughter killed it ,👌
