  why did naroditsky make a knight instead of a queen? time pressure?

  Even by making queen he will be lost becoz of the knight fork so he promoted to knight hoping that if pragg plays Nf3+ thinking that daniel will promote with queen then daniel can capture the knight with knight... Simpling trying to trap and also promoting to knight not loses instantly becoz black can try to capture white pawn while prompting to queen loses instantly... So i think its clearly intentional move...

  thanks for the no commentary, but man, I felt like Ferey did a poor job on giving up early and on defending the position. Middle game from Ferey was really bad, endgame too. Curious game, almost felt like magnus was sick or something like that.
