This channel is everything about motorized bicycles of any kind! We done every kind of motorized bicycle gas build there is and now looking forward to the new Ebike side of this hobby! currently trying to work out few deals and such! soon hope to be going toward that direction since so many want to see what is really inside these bikes!
You know I will take that thing apart, part by part and see what is inside why it works like it does and if it's bad or good well that depends on how well it's made. I think people should know what they are buying and be educated on what is inside and why it works the way it doesn. like every hobby some companies hit the mark and make a great product and some well just don't!
This is a hobby and with every hobby you have bad and good parts of each! I won't tell you something is bad or good that is on you to make that choice I hope my videos help you make educated choices when you pick is my goal!

😮😮 dam bro!! Very very nice work. I'm not a 4 stroke guy but you make me want to try 😊😊. Thanks for all you do for the community. That motor screams 😱 😍. Hope your heal has been good. Ride hard! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Alot of people asked how to cut one. Funny. I did that video 3 years ago 10 views. Get asked about it constantly though how to cut one mid evil ways 😆
Why don't you just get the specs manufactured and sell the fkrz

For all those that wonder. I explained in a later video how to get the rear pulley to expand correctly with making a new spring hole. In another video.
Oh.. And the pulley I mentioned won't fit in a plate. Not enough space.. Sorry
@@Rambling_Rover yeah those series 40
Use a 7in driven pulley 219457A or it won't go all the way to high gear. It might not with that. Good luck 🤞 👍
Series 40 pulley 😅
For those who don't have a press for inserting the bearings . Freeze your parts , they will contract and fit together allot easier. Works on all metal parts.
Great advice 👍

There must be more than reviews or something of them being plastic? I see a few on Amazon saying they are. Did anyone ever get a plastic one before physically hold a plastic one????
Great video as usual. Thanks!
Don't know why but 27 people asked me if they were plastic 🤷

Are the suspension forks heavier and by how much?
Not by much since they are 4 inches shorter

@@BuildBreakFix no that resistor for my four stroke engine light setup you seen the video it works

That only runs incodescent lights

Thank you.I've wondered about buying the 'suspension fork' but most have too large a neck to fit the older Mt. Bikes. That looks like a 1".?.and not the newer 1-1/8th"?
@@bryduhbikeguy its 1 1/8 I wish they made a 1" right? Like going to make a product suggestion in item sent from company. Make in 1" size lol I think many would buy those those
@@BuildBreakFix I found a review on Amazon of a guy that changed this stem to 1inch. But it does inquire a little machine work. I am planing on doing the same. Glad to see you’re back. Hey I’m building one of these right now and wondering what material you used to fill the original bolt holes? I’m thinking of using 6063 or 6061 aluminum bolts. Any suggestions thanks.
I used stainless steel 8m to 6m thread adapters. Just used 6m bolts.
@@BuildBreakFix Ok good to know. By any chance did you machine the cylinder on this one to have the same bolt spacing as the case itself to use with the adapters? I saw in your guide videos you did that to the example. I was always under the idea that one would leave the cylinder alone (atleast when using a yd100 bottom) and fill in the case holes with bolts, cut it, level it and drill new 55x50 holes. I originally tried using stainless steel bolts but my press and bit would bend off of the steel and onto the aluminum case ruining the hole pattern. Thanks again.
where did you get that cvt from?

Been using Stehl Chainsaw engine oil, 6.5 oz oil to 2.5 gasoline, 50 to 1. For break - in 2 gal of gas with the same oil, 6.5 oz. With the Motorized Bike engines. 2 cyc. 4 cubic inches. (ZEDA), High Compression Head, Tuned Pipe. Hot Sparkplug, NGK BPR4HS, Stock Carb Jet , #70, way rich. After Break-in I changed the Jet to #66. Still a little rich on the bottom but nicely 2 strokes Top 30% of Throttle. Most important, Warm these engines up BEFORE pushing them. Do this every time you ride, your engines will give great service.
😜👍 That is great advice! Appreciate it!
So shoukd i buy one from ebay or the gomax industry?
