Loved the first presenter. As for the second presenter, I'm so glad that outlining works for her. I've been an attorney for 40+ years and I don't outline. Thinking like a writer, you will realize that there is no one right way to write. I do agree with revision, more revision, and more revision. Whether you revise your outline or your draft, good writing is in the revision process. As for the last guy--when he gets to that we must have all suffered some form of injury to not mind this abuse--too funny! and so true!

To all of the lawyers, future lawyers and non-lawyer litigators watching this: I have practiced law pro se for many years. The only time I have lost a case or received an outcome disappointing/less than what I was interested in was when I had an attorney representing me or when I had to fight Corrupt judicial officers and their collusive arrangements with the attorneys in the record, opposing parties and clerks.😊 I have consistently done better without an attorney; consistently surprised attorneys and other litigating parties with the level of success I achieved in my outcomes pro se. I clearly study law (or why would I be watching this, right😏😒🤓🍿). But, because I am a non-lawyer litigator I have access to the sides of the judiciary, government and legal industry or the courts that lawyers apparently, generally, do not have. I rarely hear any discussion about the corruption and criminality of American court officers.... I know ot personally and all too well. But, 🤔Only recently have things gotten so out of hand that I have had more attorneys admit that the corruption is so bad that they take every care they can to redirect their clients from ever having to go to court. 😮. Imagine: attorneys so aware of the gross corruption of the court that to protect their career reputations and clients they don't even dare enter the court with a legal issue. That's where this industry and profession is at. And: the attorneys say they don't report the corruption etc BECAUSE the regulatory bodies are just as corrupted. They understand they'll lose their license or make enemies of the regulatory commissions and court officers before any punitive action will ever curb the corruption and misconduct. 😊. And, my personal experiences agrees with that of the attorneys. I file complaints regularly (I'm a non-lawyer, I have all the time and space to do that). To no avail, mostly. Some judicial officers get to retire with their pension and prestige for decades of GROSS CORRUPTION. And the attorneys get promotions or clearly illegal court orders in their favor to further their criminal enterprising ( ask jerry Holcomb, Kurtis Droppa and brenlee buerge of Jasper County Missouri). So, keep the scheming of the judiciary in mind as you argue your cases. And, will receive repeated judgments that are not legally viable, but still entered to the public record for or against you. Question and note how often you get orders that are legally baseless. I'm sure many of you will know you bribed the judicial officer or otherwise received a rigged hearing 😏✨. I'm writing this for those who don't know.

But. 😊you people REALLY must discuss and address the topics of JUDICIAL CORRUPTION, court corruption, bias and CRIMINALITY greatly permeating the American Judiciary in 2023. That issue alone levels the tips into uselessness. That issue is overlooked and emoowers the GROSS CORRUPTION of the judiciary and bar associations to the point where American government literally must be CLOSED. Ask the probate courts of Missouri, district attorneys in Hennepin County Minnesota and federal judicial officers overseeing all of the Epstein litigation, specifically jed Rakoff, Hermione percell or old Mary walrath in the bankruptcy court of Delaware 😊

The hosts of video for youtube remember there are 2 audiences when preparing for these speaking events. Otherwise it is only halfway helpful here on youtube.

For nearly 400 years in the USA; orphans, foster and adopted children have not had proper protection. There have not been federal laws that are applied to all 50 states. Crimes against these people should not have a statue of limitations. Whatever crime, abuse or rape is not always reported. Rape should never have a statue of limitations. Rape in the military should be litigated in a public court of law. Take it out of the jurisdiction of the military. Regardless of if these people are in the military or not--the crime(s) needed to be prosecuted.

Loved the first presenter. As for the second presenter, I'm so glad that outlining works for her. I've been an attorney for 40+ years and I don't outline. Thinking like a writer, you will realize that there is no one right way to write. I do agree with revision, more revision, and more revision. Whether you revise your outline or your draft, good writing is in the revision process. As for the last guy--when he gets to that we must have all suffered some form of injury to not mind this abuse--too funny! and so true!
The second speaker seems very partisan rubber stamp. She probably thinks she speaking to only liberal minded people.

To all of the lawyers, future lawyers and non-lawyer litigators watching this: I have practiced law pro se for many years. The only time I have lost a case or received an outcome disappointing/less than what I was interested in was when I had an attorney representing me or when I had to fight Corrupt judicial officers and their collusive arrangements with the attorneys in the record, opposing parties and clerks.😊 I have consistently done better without an attorney; consistently surprised attorneys and other litigating parties with the level of success I achieved in my outcomes pro se. I clearly study law (or why would I be watching this, right😏😒🤓🍿). But, because I am a non-lawyer litigator I have access to the sides of the judiciary, government and legal industry or the courts that lawyers apparently, generally, do not have. I rarely hear any discussion about the corruption and criminality of American court officers.... I know ot personally and all too well. But, 🤔Only recently have things gotten so out of hand that I have had more attorneys admit that the corruption is so bad that they take every care they can to redirect their clients from ever having to go to court. 😮. Imagine: attorneys so aware of the gross corruption of the court that to protect their career reputations and clients they don't even dare enter the court with a legal issue. That's where this industry and profession is at. And: the attorneys say they don't report the corruption etc BECAUSE the regulatory bodies are just as corrupted. They understand they'll lose their license or make enemies of the regulatory commissions and court officers before any punitive action will ever curb the corruption and misconduct. 😊. And, my personal experiences agrees with that of the attorneys. I file complaints regularly (I'm a non-lawyer, I have all the time and space to do that). To no avail, mostly. Some judicial officers get to retire with their pension and prestige for decades of GROSS CORRUPTION. And the attorneys get promotions or clearly illegal court orders in their favor to further their criminal enterprising ( ask jerry Holcomb, Kurtis Droppa and brenlee buerge of Jasper County Missouri). So, keep the scheming of the judiciary in mind as you argue your cases. And, will receive repeated judgments that are not legally viable, but still entered to the public record for or against you. Question and note how often you get orders that are legally baseless. I'm sure many of you will know you bribed the judicial officer or otherwise received a rigged hearing 😏✨. I'm writing this for those who don't know.

But. 😊you people REALLY must discuss and address the topics of JUDICIAL CORRUPTION, court corruption, bias and CRIMINALITY greatly permeating the American Judiciary in 2023. That issue alone levels the tips into uselessness. That issue is overlooked and emoowers the GROSS CORRUPTION of the judiciary and bar associations to the point where American government literally must be CLOSED. Ask the probate courts of Missouri, district attorneys in Hennepin County Minnesota and federal judicial officers overseeing all of the Epstein litigation, specifically jed Rakoff, Hermione percell or old Mary walrath in the bankruptcy court of Delaware 😊

For nearly 400 years in the USA; orphans, foster and adopted children have not had proper protection. There have not been federal laws that are applied to all 50 states. Crimes against these people should not have a statue of limitations. Whatever crime, abuse or rape is not always reported. Rape should never have a statue of limitations. Rape in the military should be litigated in a public court of law. Take it out of the jurisdiction of the military.
