  Tony is a legend, will always be synonymous with the Stampeders. The Spolumbo’s resturaunt is legendary as well - I used to work near there and we would frequently walk up there for a sausage on a bun it was the best. Since then they have rebuilt the resturaunt and are very successful, I still go out of my way to grab a case of their sausage when I go by there, it truly is amazing sausage. Great to see Tony’s interview. Gerry Forbes morning radio show was the best!

  How is there less than 180 views of this video? Laval St. Germain is a beast and I really enjoyed his talk at HPEC 2023. I wish there was more of his stuff out there on the interweb to be able to watch/listen to. I don't know you, Jeff, but thanks for interviewing him!

  I love the direction that your life has taken you. Your knowledge of the industry and the fact that you are helping feed the next gen seems more meaningful than any generic food blog /"youtube channel" or other Media platform.   I absolutely loved going to Sunday Skool at the Night Gallery in the late 90's. DJ Rice played the sickest beats. He did a mix to Everything But the Girl's - Temperamental, my buddy's sister had a cassette of the session. I would pay $1000 to have that song! Thank you DJ Rice for such great memories.

  My cousin! Funny story, I went to the same parish as him in my teen years and didn’t realize we were cousins until seeing Joe and family in Cabri (about 66 km away from Swift Current). On top of that whenever we would go to Joey’s my dad would say our cousin owns it. Joe is a great guy, don’t see him to often anymore.
