Hi there! My name is Ash and welcome to my reaction channel!
I have recently started watching anime again and wanted to create a space where I could share my thoughts and create a community with like-minded people.
This is something that I would love to turn into a full-time role for myself and appreciate absolutely any support you give to me both here and on my Patreon!

Thank you for another reaction! I always look forward to those. Some context: The Administrator's test is the Underwater Hunt itself, it's not spelt out exactly in the anime (and nor that much in the webtoon itself tbh), but the Administrator just gives the testing rankers some guidelines and leaves the rest to them, so Yu Hansung has some leeway in what he does. The questioning was not an exam per se, but is just a pre-screening of the examinee (Baam). In the manhwa they say that the test is designed by the Administrator in proportion to what the examinee means to achieve, so Baam's goals of Rachel and his friends are in some way proportional to what he is about to face.
I really enjoyed your reaction series. Thank you for sharing 😊
the friendzoning- relationship tho
I love the shot of Fern clinging to the tree when Frieren said they'd have to play tag with the dragon. Freiren just wanted to chill in that town for a while. But it is good to see Stark and Fern has the same drive to acomplish their goal before their master dies. The Old Hag line was great too.
Best reaction to this ep 😂
Thank you for sharing 😊
76.1cm
Amazed that Kobeni is a devil hunter. I do like Himeno and getting more on them. Power just being Power always cracks me up.
This is the episode where it's confirmed that Denji and Power share a single brain cell. 😂
The smoking "who is this guy" in the end you saw before in ep. 1. He is in the Gol D. Roger Scene. The boy with blond hair who looks confused when all the Pirates start running.
I was so stunned the first time i watch it and start laughing so hard.
If you watch closely, Khun does something to the letter IN Hoh's room, while the letter was originally planted in front of his door. So something's fishy with that
Its probably best to put your playlist in order.
What do you mean? It looks normal on my end
Thanks for keep doing reaction for this series even tho its not doing well on your channel. Can't wait for season 2 reaction!!😁
aside from the two last eps I never thought someone would volunteer to watch the sub for Kaiju No8 as an English speaker because the dub is so good.
I had the same reaction.
Welcome back 😊
What is the name of the Anime??
Kaiju No.8!
How is that creepy? 😭
low key a pdf scene with makima and denji
Yeah Denji is still 16 yo old here
@@erenyeager6210may be even less.
He lives, Toge/riceball lives
9:14 don't worry, the entire season passes by just like that 😅
Thank you for sharing 😊
5 years. 5 there 5 back..
Lol you seemed more shocked by the dragon jump scare then in any of your Solo Leveling reactions.
You should probably consider watching frieren in blocks of episodes, a lot of the stories or arcs make more sense in blocks of 2s or 4s
Some episodes could be watched together, but many also need their downtime in between to marinate. Best example like ep25 and 26 - while they go together, you rob yourself of the "moment" when you give it not a day of time to let it sink in. Many small details will also wash away when you consume it by binging. I would say what to watch together is 5+6, 9+10 and 20+21 if you want you can also watch 18+19 together before that. But I would part them in these packages and don't make it a 5 episodes binge, because as said this show is not fast food and should not be treated as such. You don't have to wait a week between episodes like we had back when the anime was launched, but a day or so is recommended. In either case the experience changes a bit by packing episodes together or don't do so as it is noticable for different reactors that done it.
@@Airwave2k2 yeah makes sense as well, as manga reader I got used to noticing the small details and the subtext of chapters/episodes so I don't miss anything while watching, but most reactors would miss things like that since there's pretty much no other Shonen like Frieren that has such meaning behind every action taken and how things are interconnected, so I'm just thinking from a story perspective, but I get squeezing too many eps together wouldn't allow most reactors to process all the things that happened and what they mean.
@@Scyon13 I also are a manga reader before the show aired, so in my watchalong I could see many things that were nicely depicted, but when comparing my experience to the reactors who were blind reactors, even these with a week downtime didn't picked up all the small things, and when rectors joined in late and had the opportunity to binge some episodes their reactions suffered even more so in letting the show cook - they however picked up the bigger arcs better. The sour grape test of episode 2/3/4 hit or misses. As manga readers we were already familiar with the protagonists, but yeah blind reactors don't have the snippets before them that we assembled in our heads.
IMO the only episodes that are significantly improved when watched together are 1-4 and 8-10
dont worry, just because the first 4 eps were movie-ish... the whole show is a masterpiece and it stays so all the way
Spot-on comment. Fully agree. All 28 episodes are masterful and enjoyable story telling.
The episodes fly by quickly, making your reactions go by quickly. Waaah!!
Yo creator, just if you didn’t know, at 10:21 when you said ‘what’, gojo was having flashbacks of Geto because they used to be friends when they were students at jujutsu high. Then Geto died and the one sealing Gojo rn is Kenjaku, a cursed spirit who took over Geto’s body
Hello again, I’m ready to answer your questions (no spoilers). 1) From the anime they cut out information about how many specific gun devil killed people from each country and how long it took the emu for each country, in the anime they only said the total figure of 5 minutes 1.2 million dead. Here's the list: Japan-27 seconds, dead-57912: States of the Union-124 seconds, dead-548012: China-37 seconds, dead-316932: Canada-7 seconds, dead-8481: Soviet Union-210 seconds, dead-155302: Hawaii-0.4 seconds, dead-780: Mexico-2 seconds, dead-6088: India-15 seconds, dead-29950. 2) You might have a question, since the gun devil is so strong and caused such great destruction, what about demons with more terrible concepts like death and nuclear weapons and so on... why they haven’t shown themselves and don’t cause great destruction? Well, this question will be indirectly answered in the upcoming film based on Chainsaw Man, which will be a direct continuation of season 1. 3) And so the demon Ghost, well, I think there is no point in explaining why people are afraid of ghosts. I’ll explain about his abilities, namely invisibility and intangibility, which fully corresponds to the concept of ghosts. Let's start with invisibility, he can turn it off if he wants to prove himself to people, now with regards to intangibility, he can touch others, but at the same time they cannot touch him and, accordingly, cannot physically harm him, but if later in the series you see how someone succeeds to harm him, there are understandable reasons for this.
Yeah Makima shamelessly manipulating Denji to gain his loyalty and Denji being too love struck by her to even notice is real unfortunate 😭. I feel really bad for him. He seems to have made the realization though that shallow desires aren't going to give him the emotional satisfaction he clearly desires but he is still easily swayed by them. The Gun devil plotline beginning to unwind is quite an interesting one! And it seems Denji and Aki will now have a goal in common though both clouded by very different reasons lmao.
1.2 million people were killed by the Gun Devil in LESS THAN 5 MIN!! The Gun Devil is a global threat and is a force to be reckoned with..
Yes, despite the erotic nature (I do think it shows intimacy in very brilliant way - it's hot and that's the problem) of the scene it is quite sinister. Just a heads up again: sexual themes and even immoral sexual acts will be explored - however the show is not exploitative in it's depictions. I just want to preface that, because it's a show that doesn't pull it's punches - it doesn't shy away from darkness and takes that darkness seriously. Despite how batshit crazy (and funny) everything is also. Thematically (I hope it's alright that write down my interpretations to these episodes, I have never shared my thoughts about this show and it's kinda fun - if a bit self-indulgent) we see Denji first achieve his goal - it's actualized and it turns out "touching tits" if nothing is attached is really nothing - it means nothing. Going second base is a very a huge thing not because of the surface level exchange of touches - but because it's vulnerable and ideally fosters a connection. Makima creates that connection, but not for the act itself, but to manipulate this child. It truly is disgusting. Characters in this show don't act like completely moral individual - rather their broken moral stances reflect this truly horrible nature of that broken world.
In short. Bro is getting groomed.
I'm afraid of Makima's ruthlessness in using the boy's feeling for the sake of the mission😨 Denji lacks so much social interaction experience that I feel very sorry for him😢
