One side of the scan is black, but when you upload it to be processed, that first scan came back complete white out and totally unusable. I hid the scan, but it was annoying because it was an important scan by the front door. Something to be aware of, for sure. I'll be checking that first scan on location next time!

I don't get it, I'm a professional cameraman with 25+ years in the market and don't know why the prices go so low for professional work!, maybe is just in the real state market or maybe its just the fact that today everybody can own a camera!

It’s the real estate market, but that’s not my pricing now. That was just an example and around the pricing when I first started. Our average order is between $500-$1000+ luckily! The wider the lens, the less noticeable depth of field you'll have. I normally use a 15-35 RF 2.8 lens and I'll film the real estate shots at 15mm and then talking parts at 24-35mm. Hey! Thanks so much, appreciate it! Nope, just set rates based on the video content you deliver or by the size of the property is what I would suggest! Interesting, never knew that! Luckily has it hasn’t affected me and my workflow, still working great!
I really like your video and how you describe it. How long does it take you to shoot something like this and realistically, how much time to do the editing?
Hi Andrej, which one do you think is better for Real Estate 360 ""Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch 360" or "Insta 360 x4", thanks!
Hey! Not having used the new x4, I think it’s probably still the better camera between the 2. The 1 inch is nice for the modular capabilities, but I imagine the x4 has a nicer image overall. Thanks for watching!
Awesome video, which would you recommend "Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch" or "Insta360 x4" For Real Estate Photography & Videography?
I just answered your other comment, but I would think the new x4 produces a better image overall !
Great video, thank you. I'm not sure if someone already mentioned this, but the light stand link is not correct. Can you please share the correct link?
Thanks so much! Sorry about that, here’s the correct link! amzn.to/3VflOKZ
What is a good idea on how to get realtors for head shots I’m having a terrible time getting any clients at all I have contacted many realtors and car dealers ships. And I’m being turned down from all of them So if you could please what is a great idea to get started on this Thanks
Hey! Why do you think you keep getting turned down? Are you already mentioning pricing when you reach out or that’s when they turn you down? Do you show them examples of your work for it?
@@AndreiRestrepo yes when I tell them the price I get turned down and I really don’t have any examples to show them I do great photography I’m just getting turned down alot I have done a few weddings I have great photos I just don’t how to get more clients I’m really having a hard time here
I’m charging 50 for each headshot and I don’t think that’s asking too much for the editing I have to do
@@AndreiRestrepo Yes pretty much I’m asking 50 for headshots and I don’t think that is asking too much I really don’t have any photos of headshots to show them I do have lots of photos in my portfolio of weddings and other events but not headshots I’m pretty desperate for all the help I can get to get some money made with my photography or I’m going to sale all my gear
@@mikedahmm5482 what i would do, and in the process of doing, is ask friends, ex-coworkers and family members to pose for a head shot. get a variety of men and women and then start showing that. I'm shooting for a mix of 4 each on 2 different backgrounds.
Thanks! Debating between this and a used Mac Studio once the M4 versions are out, maybe pushing a bit beyond edit to also do some gaming stuff
Glad you liked it! Yeah, maybe that’s the safe route if that’s the case!
Can you pleasemake a video how to setup RS3 vertically? I can't seem to understand how to do it on my gimbal.
