I submitted an informal claim in 2013 nothing ever happened. There was no correspondence, so I forgot and kept suffering. In 2021 I receive 100% but the informal claim from 2013 was never recognized. In 2022 I remember, submitting an informal claim. I spoke with the VA. They found the claim, and it was time stamped by the VA. And they still have no clue what happened. Don’t they Omie retroactive pay and a new dates of service effective date
maybe the system has changed but what about filing an "Intent to file a claim"
