I havent listened to their music. But we should all hope to have something we love to do so much as he does with the guitar. This is beyond doing it for the fame and more so doing it because he wakes up and its what he wants to do.

To me he sounds like some kind of machine or computer playing a hundred notes per second completely devoid of any melody or feeling, but he can play fast I’ll give him that. The tattoos look ridiculous but I guess he wants to look like a page out of a comic book or something, good luck with that look in 20 years. Just my opinion, am I still allowed one in the modern world?

Talented guitarist. Absolutely. But if you are honest you have to admit that he looks psychologically messed up. In a very big way. His parents spoiled him to fulfill their own fantasy of a genius guitarist child. As a result you obviously have a person who probably knows little outside of the guitar and who is psychologically disturbed.

Does anybody actually believe that he went through a standard educational system the way his peers have done either in the U.S. or in Taiwan. I’ve not seen any signs at all that he has. What likely happened is that his rich parents invested a lot of money into building his career specifically, not necessarily developing a normally developed person. Maybe this should even be considered neglect. But trying to turn your children into “rock stars” at the expense of mainstream, average education is irresponsible.
