    Does the syrup has to completely cool down before adding baking soda water in? Also, what is alkaline water? Do you have a photo so I can buy the right one?

    @@itran888 Yes, syrup must completely cool down, alkaline water you can find it at baking ingredients shop, they will show you, always I bought it in transparent bottle with no brand.

    Maggie hi it's nawarat again was watching your. Video wow you have done a good job to show us how it's done . One thing I noticed you used two steaming trays but only use one tray to steam is there any special reasons why? Tks .

    吃不完可以放冰箱,第二天蒸热来吃,不过要看椰丝如果发酸了就不可以吃了,建议你不要全部先沾完椰丝,要吃几多沾几多,糯米球和椰丝分开放冰箱。

    模具你喜欢要几大都可以,也可以用一个小的空矿泉水瓶剪开,面团可以分几次,越薄就越多次。
