next time don't be so freakin lazy and use a chainsaw to limb at least one side of the top to make it easier for the chipper instead of fighting with the top & the chipper running at 300 rpm's.Climber did a great job,the crane was awesome but can't stand lazy guys behind the chipper that won't use a saw & then you have more consistency on the job.Have a nice day

You can very clearly see the chipper failing to do it's job as effectively as it could because of a lack of proper limbing. Clearly this is not a professional operation.

I run the same setup you have, if your intake pipe is as close as it van be to the bottom, the pressure is increased at lower flows. You can get full fluidization without a lot of flow, then the purigen will not overflow back to your sump, or display tank. If you get it close enough, there will actually be a spot on the bottom where there is no media because the water is pushing it away, the curve in the bottom redirects the water, and you get perfect fluidozation, with lower flow rates.

It's actually a piece of PVC. This didn't work out as well as I hoped it would. It became a problem as the purigen became more clogged, it actually rose higher in the filter and clogged the output. I'm still working on a final of how to do this successfully. I didn't love the way that the paper filter worked either.

What kind of filter cartridge is that? I've tried using pleated cartridges, but I don't like how the purigen gets packed into the pleats.
