I'm guessing that's a vent that's open while you're filling the tank. I'm also guessing you posted this short too troll everyone who nagged you in the comments section of the 12ga video. Would be funny though if you hit the vent with some 00 buck, maybe some dragons breath rounds.

The best way to test an electric fence is to get a blade of grass wet your fingers where you are going to hold the blade of grass, Place the end of the grass on the fence wire and slowly edge the grass foward untill you feel a slight pulse the further you go the stronger the shock

Isn't that water right there, below the pressure switch? Is that where the leak was? I'm having a similar problem, hoping it's just a check valve

!!!!#####The water pressure gauge goes down because of the water pressure leak down problem. The automatic pressure switch just turns on and off the pump. With no house water leaks, the pressure goes down because of failure of seal in foot valve due to lime build up in the BOTTOM of the well .Either the expense of pulling out all the piping in the well is necessary , or just add a brass check valve near the water heater where the main water line comes in. The arrow has to face upward with correct water flow direction. There are special shark bites fittings and brass fittings to hook it up properly. Old trailers have old style type plastic piping called polybutalyne that requires the "gray" color inserts of the shark bites. There is a shark bite coupler that contains a check valve. The brass style check valve is about $50 and requires other fittings. Changing a pressure switch and cleaning the lower metal tube will not stop water pressure leak down if there are no house water leaks and valves are turned off.???>>>><<<

To everyone saying "i thought you was gonna shoot your propane tank".... 🤦🏻♂️ idk where to even begin.... first off unless you shoot it with a high powered rifle and full metal jackets, youre not even going to pierce the damn thing. A few small pellets from a shotty damn sure wont. Now if you had a slug at point blank range?...maybe....also hes not even shooting at the tank. The tank is well off to the right of him. Also even if somehow a pellet ricocheted and hit the tank it would absolutely not have near enough power to penetrate that tank. Yall gotta stop watching movies.

Right! Mine both this but after the motor cuts off you can actually hear the water falling back into the well. I think this is a check valve issue but Im curious if I can put one in behind the tank & the pipe going into the well. That way I don’t have to pull up the piping.

pulled the pump, check valve just above the pump had failed (plastic). Replaced with a brass one. there was another check valve half way up. Like you said you could hear the water running back down.

The 00 has more "punch", but considerably more recoil than the other two. My home defense shotgun is loaded with #4 buck...it's more than powerful enough to tear thru heavy clothing (unlike birdshot) and is a lot easier to control than 00. Your last shot proves my point...and even though they say "You can't miss with a shotgun", you can. It's vitally important to hold your aim. Buy a box of #4 buck and a box of 00, shoot at least 10 rounds of each into separate 4'X8' sheets of plywood from 10 yards to see what I mean.
