I have always liked working with my hands. I have finally decided to make that hobby something I share. Come and watch the things that I build including my Subaru and other DIY projects. Give some suggestions on how to do it better or something you would like to see.

Do we need to format sd card to ext4 before flasing ubuntu iso to sd card because after writing data i am having data loss in sd card like sd card of size 124gb is getting reduced 252mb
What the referece number? Or link for buy please 🙏🏼
I moved and had gotten out of woodworking. Thanks to you and this desk, I may be making a comeback. love the project.
If I install this cobb on my ecu with the tune. Will it still pass smog ? Or I have to unmarry it and put it back to stock to pass the smog test? Thank you and perfect detailed video instruction bro :)
Thank you!! Was searching for a linear actuator wire connection video. Found in this video. Once again thank you!!!
Damn, I can't get that pulley off. Hex screws loosened. I'll keep working. Thank you so much for this video!
Gear puller worked great.
Exactly what i wanted. Thanks
a question it doesn't matter where you put them oh they have a number ?
Great Tip Sawdust&Glue genius!. Sofa table with USB.great idea
Is there a way to make it pop up faster?
Immediate thought is to use heavier struts. There may also be a pulley setup that one could use that could be more linear
Man, this is awesome. Definitely stealing this mechanism idea for my own project.
Did your o2 sensor come on after it started miss firing
Nice Job. Dan Bilzerian
how did you download all of those? i cant find them on the website
That’s bad ass. Amazing work
Would it be hard to incorporate a few led lights or strip light into this?
Que tipo de sistema eléctrico de elevación uso . Gracias 😊
Do you need to attach the actuator the the ground part of the leg? i just see you attach it with the top part...
So dope
Why doesn't my motor look like that one? My car is a 2011 subaru forester
Update: I sold it. Fuck that nightmare.
@@notsure1350God damn I’m thinking the same thing
Do you sell these and if so how much do you charge?
ooh did you says you are gonna make somores?
Music is overbearing
What car is this?
2006 Subaru WRX STi
try using glue with brad nails, forever together
Thanks for making the video, saved me time and money for my garage. I have an electric power washer on the wall that I would like to sound proof, I think making a custom box will be better for the compressor or the power washer. Thanks once again bud
I've downloaded jellyfish, and it doesn't appear to have a network config file?
quick and easy thank you
Can we install ubuntu desktop using the same procedure?
Thanks, I have a 6” Delta X model that looks similar to your 8” model so it should come apart similarly. I’m deciding if I want to go this route since the cutterhead costs more than I paid for the whole jointer new from Amazon. Bare feet with heavy cast iron and splinters??
oh my god thank you.
Anddddd mac user exits suppper early!
Dude I’m watching this video and I realized you’re literally in my town lol 😆 05 Blob Eye ✌️
Do you have readable instructions and dimensions of all cut boards?
First of all, thanks for sharing! But where did the VS code come from?? Do I need it?? It looks like C#?
Going through this process on my 6" 37-190. It has unfortunately been a real PITA. The key is still stuck on the old shaft. Hopefully, I can get the new one installed soon.
Nice Job and thanks for sharing! I will be starting a desk with actuators here soon.
Hi Dan, thats an aweome project and i realy liked your wood works especially, what i would like to ask is i plan to make a Lift project like yours, but instead of a table it will be a shelf (50 Pounds/ 20 Kg total), i worry about using two actuators because if they are not in synch or lose the synch after a time, so i plan to use one actuator in the middle, what do you think about my concern, that would help.
After a couple years I have noticed my actuators getting out of sync. I think one in the middle is fine. Each one of my actuators can lift 200 pounds, so weight should not be an issue!
@@zirnheltdan For 200 pounds rated actuators your table or weights on it should not be a problem but why your synch is gone after a time is maybe about the actuators didnt face the same weights on them, for example if you keep a heavy weight ( lets say a pc case) on one side therefore that actuator gets lower speed and amperage changes so inch/second on the stroke changes, maybe thats why they got outta synch, what do you think about that ? Or you think there happened another issue by time?
Where did you download the stage 2 tune? I'm having a hard time finding where to download the maps especially for stage 2.
I never downloaded a tune, I got a custom one.
just bought a used COBB AP and found out COBB removed their stage 2. So far found no one with archived files of it.
@@o4komodoiwsti, someone posted a bunch of archives
@@himynameis_____8049 where at? can’t find them
Great!
did u fix teh adductors to the base as well/ground i mean. so that they are not just loose in the legs. or are they just lifting up through there impact to the ground plate? Ty
They are fastened top and bottom.
Hey Dan... replaced my cutter head yesterday (8" 37-380) Could not have done it without this video. Very much appreciated.
Thanks for making this video. I'm going through the same process on a delta 6".
Bauer tools, car battery as a weight... It's so great to see someone like me (without an expensive shop or tools) doing DIY projects.
Love the desk, but you need a push stick!
you think this kit would fit a gc8?
Why do they offer some blankets that are flat(like PTP offers for the Subaru ej engine) but then others have sides like this one does? I believe the Cobb turbo blanket looks just like this as well. The one with sides seems like it would work better but that is just an assumption here.
I agree, not sure why there are ones without sides. Seems like it would not work as well.
Hey Dan! Thanks so much for this video. I installed a helix head into my 6" Delta jointer and this video helped me immensely. The 6" and 8" are real similar so your step by step instructions were spot on. Thanks again, I'm loving the new cutter, it's like having a whole new jointer.
Which one fit? Do you have a link?
Interesting. Well done. How about a pneumatic one without the use of electricity?
What dim wit would work in a shop with bare feet. This guy is a bad accident waiting to happen!
