i'm wondering how these compare to the original SDAs with their multiple 6 inch drivers . the bass on the originals was the quickest i have ever heard even to this day . they were rated down to 18 hz in a closed (non ported ) cabinet . i got them on sale for under a $1000 .
Oh man -- these plastic knobs -- they destroy the nice looks completely , so bad ... a shame !! 20 years ago i had an Onkyo integrated and it was all metal, all knobs where metal , just really great quality ! For a 10th of the price of this Luxman --- why oh why can they not come up with something suitable ? The same for Accuphase -- also - the little knobs only plastic 🤬😡💩

I have these speakers in black ash. Although I can't explain how, the SDA works like some kind of black magic. My wife repeatedly expresses that she has the "best seat in the house" being front and center. She loves this listening position. I sit on a couch across from her with the speakers on either side of me and enjoy superb sound from this position too as all the frequencies come shining through. From almost any position in our 15' x 15' listening area the "SDS" separation of channels is spot on.

I'm a vinyl enthusiast and I live in Brazil. Here the information is very scarce. My intention is to listen to vinyl records and I currently have a Marantz PM8006 Amplifier, Elipson Prestige Facet 8B speakers and a Turnable AT-LP1240 with Ortofon 2m RED. I want to change my capsule, I wanted to buy an ortofon 2m black. However, I was unsure whether I should also change my AT-LP1240 since it is more aimed at DJs (I didn't really understand this at the time I bought it). My question is: Should I actually change the AT-LP1240? I thought about purchasing a Raga Planar 3 or Pro-ject RPM 3, or perhaps even a Pro-Ject 1Xpression. Is changing the record player really recommended? Should I really get another sound experience with better quality for my purpose? I already know the capsule is terrible and should at least go to an Ortofon 2m Silver! Thanks to anyone who can help!
I have a PrimaLuna Tube amp, a Parasound 5 channel amp, a Musical Fidelity 2 channel amp. I don’t AudioQuest Niagara 3000 Low-Z Power Noise Dissipation System. I don't listen to music above 65 dB and I don’t listen to aggressive genres of music such a Heavy Metal & Rap. Their are only 2 high current outlets un this Audioquest 3000. I can't afford the 5000 or 7000. Will the Audioquest 3000 meet or exceed my needs? Thanks!
Do you know how I get KZread music to play via HEOS? I have successfully linked HEOS to Google Home but can't work out how to get KZread to play on my new Marantz system. Amazon Prime Music was no problem as it was on the HEOS menu.

I just got an AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 for playing my PS5 on my TCL 55” US5800 4K UHD LED ROKU SMART TV. I just wanted a notable VISUAL improvement. I see NO difference between the Cinnamon and the HDMI cable that came with my PS5. Does that sound about right?
Your TV PQ is not to the standard of the Cinnamon cable. You would need to have a top of the line TV to see a difference...if there is one. A dedicated audio system would be needed to hear a difference.
I wonder, if in a blind test, would you be able to distinguish twixt an Amazon cable or an Audio Quest cable. I'd wager you couldn't tell which was being used.

I have a HEOS system in my home. I set it up many years ago and have been adding speakers over time. When it works it sounds great! I put the system on a NetGear router and have a good signal throughout my house. That being said I find that I have to reset the router, IpAd, and speakers frequently. Often times I can not group speakers and other times they just loose communications to the router. The speakers show up in the router menu as not communicating. I ran cables in the basement to connect each speaker and that worked until mice chewed threw my cables. I am going to run new network cables in above the ceilings. Great system when it works.

So I got the forest and it was a breath of fresh air but still wasnt good enough only nitrogen injected pathetic so I stepped it up a notch cinnamon was spicy and vibrant great but sorry we all know im better than that and so is my signal which I fed through chocolate and I thought wow this is it rich and indulgent signal creamy 2.5% silver I thought yeah cant get better than this but there was slight distortion and jitter in the signal which for me is a no no so I thought what has 6 protons 6 neutrons and 6 electrons? Thats right carbon!!! Solid core 3 layer carbon synthetics noise dissipator now we are talking but whats that you guessed it distortion are you kidding me? My signal deserves better than this it deserves shots of russias finest yes im talking vodka everything stepped up 10% stepping of upping of silver which I want to point is better than copper which produces dirty signal ewww smelly shots downed my signal at first glance was livelier but slowly started looking hungover I had only one option on the table and that was coffee and let me tell you this is where I finally started seeing how much full of energy my signal should have been this whole time very clean signal thanks to 72volt dbs im talking great clean signal makes all the other hdmi cables look like scart cables but I noticed one pixel was jittery with a smidge of distortion yep time to step it up whats a signals best friend? diamond yeah im talking about diamond cable the best cable for your signal perfect surface silver conductors extreme purity silver your signal will look out of this world clarity and contrast jitter free distortion GONE cleanest clearest signal possible moral of the story dont waste your time with trash hdmi cables go for the diamond oh mah gawd you will not regret it your eyes and ears deserve the best!!!!
