    Liquid won’t go in the innertube when I try squeezing the bag, any tips Lance?

  • @theridewithlance
    @theridewithlanceКүн бұрын

    Did you remove the valve core from the inner tube firsts? If not remove it before trying to squeeze in the flatout. If you have removed the valve core you may have a clog in tube that connect to the valve. This happened to me a couple times myself and I just had to clear it. Try squeezing it out, or take something thin you can use to push it out of the way. Also make sure your tube valve is at the 3 oclock or 9 oclock position. you dont want to try and fill it if the valve is at floor level.

    First thing I would look for is to see if the cable connection has come apart or is loose. The next thing i would do is look at where the cable connects to the throttle to see if there is any damage or if the cable is loose or broken. If all that looks okay, you may need to contact customer support or replace the throttle.

    The hardest part is removing the grips. Everything else you can just loosen and slide of the bars. Its a good idea to take a picture of where everything is located on the bars before you remove stuff so you can put things back in the right order and positions.

    What I do is get a thin flat head screw driver, slide it in between the grip and bar, lift it up enough to squirt a little WD40 in and then just twist the grip. Usually slides off pretty easy. Make sure you clean off any excessive WD40 before reinstalling, both on the bar and inside the grip.

But the accessories I have on my e-bike is 1. Phone mount 2. Left side mirror only 3. Electric bike horn 4. Bell 🛎️ 5. Upgraded comfy seat 6. Dual sport helmet 7. Gloves 8. Storage bag on my back rack holds 12.5L. That holds all the tools I need to fix my bike anywhere i go and I have a electric tire pump and some extra things in there!, I’m going to get a bigger storage bag or pannier to fit in the extra battery that I’m also going to buy with the bigger storage bag.

    I just put in on my fat tire Aventon. Had some issues. It went in good in rear tire not so much in the front tire. I had to keep clearing the valve in the front tire because it would not go in. The new mic sounds great! I've been thinking about learning how to sync audio with video so I can record my audio on a separate device. I haven't been creating much content but have just purchased a new e-bike and we'll be uploading content this week. I still love my RAD Rover 6 Plus but have been working on some major modifications to it and have been able to ride it. So I decided to purchase another e-bike and now after my 4th time riding it, I think it's going to be my favorite e-bike. Riding an e-bike for us older folks is more about the enjoyment and having fun and feeling like a kid again. Who cares about what you're riding, just get out there and have fun.

    Beauty of a ride! Perfect ride. Im acrually trying to decide between the Xpeak vs the radrover 6. Do you have pros and cons between the two and which would you choose?

  • @theridewithlance
    @theridewithlance20 күн бұрын

    You need to figure out what type of riding you are going to do the most. Each bike is really good. The XPeak is really nice offroading and cruising, but you might have to raise the handlebars to get a more comfortable riding position, It also has a stronger motor over the RadRover. However, the RadRover is a just a class act ebike. Everything about it is works in harmony with itself. It has a quiet motor, even more so then the Xpeak and you may or may not have to raise the bars for a better riding position. Both bikes have a really good build quality. If I was looking for just a cruising bike that I wasnt going to take trail riding, I would pick the RadRover. But since I like trail riding as much as cruising, I would pick the XPeak.

The fat tire bikes (4" wide) looked appealing to me at first, but nearly impossible to bike without battery! I sometimes turn off the pedal assistance for some exercise.
