  Update: The tree is now at least 6 to 8 times its size and constantly fruiting.

  I BELIEVE YOU !!!!!!!! I've fought with them over a faulty 1.5 liter diffuser that they PROMISED to replace 3 months ago I have NEVER got it and I keep getting told "just wait for another 3-5 weeks" It only cost me $24 AUD but THAT'S NOT THE POINT Good luck but I'm certain you'll never get anywhere with them

  I got a partial refund from them after 4 weeks but no apologies. Never buy from them again.

  It doesn’t matter if the root shows above the soil when you repot as it will just flare out itself as time goes. Very important for it to have a well draining soil. Also use citrus fertiliser. I put the fertiliser once a week and now the tree is 5 times it size over a year later. And is constantly fruiting.

  Isn't it important to use a well draining potting mix that is meant for citrus or cactus specifically? How about mycorrhizal fungi? Root stimulators? Is this tree still alive?

  Does it matter if the root flare shows above the soil or not?
