    Since I’m bulking and have to take in more protein would adding 2 scoops of protein make the end result have more protein or would it just be the same amount? Kinda new to all this dieting and nutrition stuff so I know the question might sound a little dumb anyway it would help if anyone who knows more about this could answer my question.

  • @imtj1225
    @imtj1225Ай бұрын

    If you’re measuring it out - 40g of oats, that’ll be 150cals, and then add whatever else you’re measuring, so make a list 150 + 200 + 30 + 80 = 460 and that’d be total calorie. Let’s say you pour 20g of oats instead of 40g, half the calories. So instead of 180cal it’s gonna be 90cal.

    For the plebs: For example, 100 grams of RAW chicken breast contains 115 calories and 23 g of protein, while COOKED chicken breast increases to 165 calories and 31 g of protein.

    Only in America are people so obese and entitled. Walk every day, stop eating junk food all day long and stop being a burden on everybody else, besides being a very un-esthetic sight. Obesity is NOT a disease, I have been a doctor for 40 years, it is a lifestyle choice enabled by a woke society. What is happening if passengers have to evacuate fast as in Japan? With 300+ pounds people who can barely move and get out of their seat?

    The issue is that when obese passengers don’t pay or make arrangements for the extra seats ahead of time, the airline literally kick other people off the flight that paid for their tickets leaving people stranded. It effects other people. It also increases the cost for everyone else so they can cover those “free” seats.

    As someone who had gestational diabetes and had to take a wkly diabetes nutrition class until I gave birth. Nothing seems like we’re told. I learned that not 1 person reacts or responds the same to certain foods. I couldn’t eat brown rice, oats, whole grain mixed stuff, or wheat bread. It ran my sugar up, but I had no issues with white bread and steamed white rice. I went through a traumatic experience in my 5th month of pregnancy, so I struggled with wanting to eat. I had to force myself. I learned fasting as a diabetic causes stress on the body too and will run you sugar up.

    Everything points to the airline not confronting a passenger of size who isn't above average weight but who wants to travel with extra space and uses the airline's policy to get an extra seat without paying for it. So yet, this policy could be abused.

    I do not agree with your position. I am a type 1 diabetic and due to the high amounts of insulin I am required to take, it has caused me to gain 60+ pounds this past year. Based on your argument, wanting to stay alive and my body requiring large amounts of insulin is an enabling behaviour. And yes, insulin can cause weight gain, especially when required at higher doses (units). And no, I don't have vast unhealthy meals, I barely get 2000 calories in a day if even that some days. And yes, I do work out regularly and have an active lifestyle. There are times its not within my control unless I want to jeopordise my health and die from not taking insulin, which is something everyone needs to live.

    As long as 737`s have been in service, they always had a 3-3 layout. 3 to 4 decades ago we all did fit in those seats, a few exceptions. But all these fat pigs these days that are bitching about airlines making seats smaller, grow up. Legroom can be changed, the width of the fuselage is a given. so if you don`t fit, fly FEDEX. Why should I pay for your ( most of the time) bad habits?

    Segregation laws lasted for at least 100 years. Does that mean they were just or made sense? What kind of woketard logic is that? “It’s non of our business”? Who the fk do you think the airline is going to pass the cost of the “free” seat on to? You can’t be that obtuse.

    How about offering extra room for those with disabilities, the elderly or pregnant women? The airlines have made the seats smaller and closer together. Even "normal" sized persons are uncomfortable during the flight. The seat sizes should be based on average body size, but now they're too small for most people.
