  If you have enabled data layer, then you should add some code for hashed email. you can contact your developer for the code. if you get email on data layer then you can make that hashed making a new tag with cHTML.

  You will see some parameters, like value, in total sum in campaign report on meta ads manager. Other parameters like users names, phone no or email, meta collects them for ads performence optimization. you cant see them on ads manager.

  There maybe no data layer on view content page. Nevertheless you can track the event with a common page path for view content event like /product/ or something.

  Not at all. Because after setup server side tracking, all events go through server and stop browser side data passing.
