  I got selected for a unit, filled out the interview packet the first week of this month, saw the unit the second week and my application status changed from under review to review complete the third week but the market agent said my file is pending for approval. How long does it take to get approved to sign a lease?

  Congrats 🎊🎉🎈 . I was selected for a studio apartment, and the website says the monthly rent is $3100. Do you know if that’s the exact amount I would pay, or is that the regular price and they would give me some kind of discount? Thanks in advance for your help!

  Yes, the amount listed on the Housing Connect website is what you would pay. That sounds like a lot for a studio!

  @@therealhannahlee Now I feel sad hahaha, when I applied I didn't think that the amount it said on the table was the exact amount I was going to pay, I thought it was the original Market price; I applied together with my brother but I understand that it is a lot of money for a small studio for two people, I will have to reject the offer, thank you very much for your time!!!!

  I so enjoyed your video! I've had the just run app for over a year and haven't finished it. I'm picking it back up again and need to because I plan to run a 5k in November. Love watching your progress and how you even push yourself to go even further than the app for some days. I'm currently on week 5 and those five min. runs are a killer. I hope I feel stronger my next day. Thanks for sharing and I hope you share your 10k journey as well...🤗

  You do such a good job explaining such as this app or apartment hunting. When you started talking about shoes I was going to suggest New Balance. Several runners I know love New Balance only. 12:28

  Brooklyn Bridge park was my number 1 running spot, it's SIGNIFICANTLY cooler there on the piers than anywhere else. I try to do each pier, the views and the long sightline make it much easier. This video really motivates me to go running! 5ks are so fun

  Way to go!!!! I love that you vlogged the entire process rather than just the race days! I’ve never been athletic, and I’ve gained more weight than I care to admit over the past few years moving into my 40s and a sedentary job at a desk. I have wanted to start running. I just need to go for it! But first, a good sports bra! 😂 Thank you for the inspiration!

  You apply on the website, same way you would if you live in NYC. They do give preference to NYC residents, but no harm in trying!

  Do you get to choose the apartment or they just choose it for you? Like let’s say there’s 12 2-bedroom apartments available do you get to see all of them and choose or just whatever they decide?

  I wouldn’t count on getting to choose. It may happen from time to time (like the guy ahead of us that got to choose between the one or two bedroom), but for the most part, I think you get what you get!

  I walked down to the water and let it hit up to about my knees but that’s all I could take haha. It’s always so cold! It gets a little nicer in August and September tho.

  As you hop on that ferry the breeze kicks in to beat the heat. It’s perfect! One of the best. Mexican food and ice cream craving, I give them thumbs up FANTÁSTICO!!! Goes by FANTASTIC!!!

  It depends! Sometimes I’ll be on a reading kick and read 3 or 4, but sometimes just one! I’m definitely not a super fast reader who reads like 100 books a year or anything haha

  Feels so good to do a full 24 hours all to yourself!!! YAY, HAPPY 5 YEARS OF LIVING IN NYC!!! Never gets old hearing your point of view. A reminder each day of what this town (even though I was born a New Yorker) continues to offer. YOU ROCK HANNAH!! Odd Fellows looks really good!! Between Cookies and Cream and Strawberry Shortcake are my 2 favorites. Actually, you should do a video of the best Ice Cream places in New York coming up on a future vlog. Haven't done a trip to a beach in a long time, Been trying to get a Coney Island Day with our whole FTM All of us together. So tricky since we're all over the place. Used to go there a lot when I was living in Brooklyn as a kid. Between that and Manhattan Beach (part of Sheepshead Bay). You still also need to visit the Sheepshead Bay area if you get a chance!!! There are 2 major restaurants you got to try there..... ROLL N' ROASTER (best REAL fast food) and RENDAZOS (Fish place). Both, the best!!

  Hannah Cool Video. You and Ross. Happy and Belated July 4th 🇺🇲 🇺🇲. I was in Coney Island for Fireworks on July 4th 🇺🇲🇺🇲 Where you and Ross went to Central Park for NY Philharmonic. I was at that same place in May for ,a NY Rangers viewing party . They won the game but unfortunately lost the series to Florida Panthers.
