  Yeah, they’re playing communities and they’re Mello Roos and they’re supposed to pay for parks and schools yet. They barely built any parts of schools. Santa Clarita paid for their high school with their Mello Roos! The very little parks for how many million dollar houses they have. What do they have two parks? It’s all a ruse. Just be mellow why they steal all your money Santa Clarita.

  All these newer factory farm homes have no character or individuality. This one: no chandeliers, no high ceilings, no ceiling fans, nothing luxuriously distinctive like with wood in-lays and decor styles from wall to ceiling; it's all bland and white. Only 1 fireplace and no ceiling surround sound speakers in family room either. That "custom pendant lighting" you mention in the kitchen? It's the same fixtures in at least 2 of the neighboring houses if you look their recent listings up. Shame what you have to do to upsell. Plus only a 2 car garage and you have to bring your own fridge (houses in this range usually have nice built-in refrigerators or at least nice high end standalones), all for just $1.3M? 🤣 I pity the suckers who will overbid for an already overpriced home in this market.

  Nice house. However, the music is annoying. A classical piece with a Spanish flare would be much more appropriate and easy to listen to. Better yet would be a narration describing and selling the house.

  No. Each neighborhood are different and they could actually vary by home within a specific tract. They can vary in how long they have till their expiration as well
