For me, I'll stick with Redemption Skeletons. Having the short and stocky ones as well as taller skinnier ones, I can fit them in with whatever I want. Though I tend to lean toward more cartoony figures. Redemption Skeletons work well with AWOK, Neca TMNT and don't look too bad with Mythic Legions (various monster sizes help them fit in). And having the pumpkin heads as options is another plus. I never use the pauldrons, as they limit articulation a bit more... and to be honest... I've only used the Pumpkin heads so far for pictures. I even painted the faces with glow in the dark paint... but it takes a lot of light for it to really light up.
I’m having a really hard time trying to decide if I should get thales or kasos. In your honest opinion which one do you think is better and why?
That's a fantastic question! Especially since I struggled with that myself which is why I preordered both haha. That being said, I think Kasos just slightly edges out the win, mostly due to not having the morning star attached to his arm. The morning star on the chain is cool, but definitely doesn't work as well with the other hands.
After seeing your review, I think I'll stick with the Redemption Skeletons that I have.
I'm genuinely happy I could help you make that decision! That's exactly why I do this and I love this sort of feedback. The Kulu skeletons definitely have their quirks and I think the neck in particular would be a sticking point for many. The Redemption Skeletons are just a whole bunch of fun! I did a video putting these, Redemption, Boss Fight Studios, and Fwoosh Toys all against each other and I specifically mention how I've easily spent the most time with the Redemption skeleton.
@TyrannosaurusMoth oh cool! I'll have to see if I can find that video. I initially bought 2 sets of 6 of the Redemption Skeletons (because of a sale) then they went on sale again, and I bought one more set! The variety of tall vs short and stocky, helps them fit into whatever a person wants.

Back in February, the set of 6 was $128.99... which, in theory, I probably should have gotten another 2 sets... but I collect enough as it is. Having 18 skeletons isn't too bad for an undead army. The full set of 6 is only 20% off right now. Now I'm thinking of adding Thraice Wraithhailer from Mythic Legions as a witch who controls them... if you ever played the game: Majesty... think the Temple to Krypta. The heroes of that guild were priestesses who animated bones to fight for her. This time, I went ahead and subscribed!

Guile's going to be awesome to be sure! Vega is my personal most anticipated. But every figure has been a straight up home run so really all of us that love Street Fighter are winning with this line haha.
Hope we get some early Rey mysterio in the ultimate edition line up especially from his WCW days. A laparka would also be pretty sweet to see. I talked to Bryan Clark aka Adam bomb and he said they're making a ultimate edition of him .
I feel like those have to be an inevitability. Especially with the Monday Night Wars line. And I would be so damn happy if we got a La Parka! As for Bryan Clark, seriously? An Adam Bomb Ultimate is legit in my top 5 wants!
I only own the WCW ultimate warrior ultimate edition. But I might just have to get this the head sculpts are great on him. Curious have you had any luck finding the Monday night wars fake diesel or Harlem heat? I've traveled to 6 Walmart 5 different targets with no luck . Those 3 are on my bucket list of wrestling figures for my collection.
Yeah, this is a really solid one overall! As for the Monday Night Wars stuff, the only ones I've ever seen in my area have been Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Edition Roddy Piper and Bret Hart. I'm hoping that changes as I've really wanted the Scott Hall and I'm hoping to find those Harlem Heat chases. I wish you the best of luck where you are! I picked up a couple of Kulu World meatless people on sale at BBTS (the soldier and the knight) and I'm really impressed with them. I replaced their swords as the included ones are kinda janky, but otherwise they're really cool. I need the reaper guy and at least a couple more soldiers. Great skellies for my AWoK figures to fight.
They're so fun! I was a fool to not pick up more when they were one of the Daily Deals on BBTS. Kulu World actually has a wave 2 coming out, but I guess they can't work with BBTS and they appeared to be having issues with their eBay store so I'm not sure if we'll get to see that wave in the wider sense. Which is a shame because they made some improvements, most notably in the neck.
Nice review :-) Did you manage to get the eye to light up? Mine is the same, not functioning out of the box. I have yet to change the battery though.

If I’m not mistaken, I think that spikey mask is from Extreme Rules 2022 & the glossy black one is from Survivor Series 2022. Awesome that they gave us both on an elite figure. I would expect nothing less on an ultimate, but that’s pretty solid set of accessories at the elite price point. 🤘🤘🤘

It definitely is! One thing I like about SHF is how they're constantly trying new things with the engineering on their figures and this is a great example of that.
Is there any problems with the paint now? Its been like 2 years and I'd like to know cuz I do want him pretty bad
I'm happy to say that after 2 years mine is still good! Though it is worth noting how careful I am with most of my figures. Not "treat it like porcelain" careful, but I do bare any plastic contact points in mind. I would still very much recommend it.
Just the best versions ever produced!!! Fu$_-+7&$ck s h figurarts! Think this is the absolute best engineering done by any company. A comparison to the more $$$ s h figurarts is ridiculous.😂❤

Thank you so much! And surprisingly well! I've kept it in a drawer at my desk and post it regularly and it definitely holds up. They hands definitely come off easier than I would like but that's about it.

Update: after a year since the figures were supposed to ship, we only have confirmation from one person that they actually received their figures. Edel has been giving empty promises to the rest of the backers, and it's becoming increasingly clear that it's a scam.
That's very disheartening to hear and at this point, I honestly wonder what Edel actually does. They post constantly but I've never seen or heard of anyone with their products beyond what you mentioned. I very much regret making these videos and platforming them.

They've come a long way but I think, as they are now, they're more focused towards a very specific vibe haha. And I did not modify the neck just yet. I'm not sure how I want to go about it exactly. But I feel like it's one of those fixes where one day I'm just like "ok let's just get this done" and I'll just go with whatever seems easiest.

@@TheIMMORTALKAHNHD Ah that sucks. Completely understandable why you'd be sour on it after that. I've lucked out sticking with sellers that only have a 98% or above rating. But a number of the sellers I found on there with Armaggon fit that description so I think you should have a relative pick of sellers with 100% ratings that are selling for between $45 and $55 shipped. And it wasn't a major release. After NECA bought out LootCrate (not sure if they still own them) they did a series of TMNT crates and this was in one of them. I think you actually had to sign up for the whole run of 5 crates or something like that so I passed.

Then that recent show Gigantosaurus that my son used to watch just reinforced it. Thank you for wising me up to that! Now that I've realized that it's gonna be hard to watch this one back haha.
@@TyrannosaurusMoth Yahahha, sorry! It's a common mistake- I even have books that list Giganotosaurus as Gigantosaurus. But Gigantosaurus is actually a name already in use for a dinosaur! It was a sauropod dinosaur from England, only known from a handful of bones.

You mentioning the sauropod totally rings a bell for me so I had to have been aware of that at some point. It's really a great figure overall, those ankle and toe joints just bring down a bit I think. Though apparently Harvinger is aware and possibly working on a fix? I absolutely hope that's true because total shoe-ins for the top releases of the year if so.
