the ANC measurements are in line with what i'm able to hear with these buds vs the bose QC ultra buds.. these buds 3 pro simply don't have great ANC, and it shows bunch of fanboys in the comments not acknowledging facts
$220USD plus tax.. we definitely have a different definition for "budget".

Simple reason for Apple 🍎 ditching 3.5mm was because they were blocking components space. But with c type they can manage them on same port

These were some of the most uncomfortable headphones I've worn. My ears immediately got hot and the small headband creates a hotspot that you can feel digging in your head. And that all in a very fragile feeling package. Audio was just 'okay', but it's hard to focus on audio when your ears are getting cooked and you can feel them pressing on the inner part because they're so shallow. These are very notorious for breaking at the hinges too. I can't believe all the rave reviews about this headphone, I've never been so disappointed in something I bought. Returned them after 1 day.
XM5s are great but the ANC isn’t very good imo. The XM4s are way better, only because you can’t adjust the strength of the noise cancelling on the xm5. The auto adjust constantly misses the mark . I was very disappointed when I got mine. The reason I’m watching this review now is because I’m looking for a solution to this issue. ANC on this is great…when it works which is very seldom
Got to test out these along with the bose and shokz at a trade show. I found the shokz to be better than the aerofits, as the shokz had much more satisfying tuning. The bose were the worst of the three as the positioning needed to be really precise to get a proper response. Also Honorable mention to the Oladance OWS Pro which is supposedly just as good if not better then the shokz.
Can you remove the earpads on every variant of the PX8?

These are a huge upgrade from the buds 2 pros. The ANC is finally usable and doing something without muffling the music and the ambient mode is finally quite natural sounding.
Can you share the EQ settings for the Go 4?
Was not happy with the fit, as the drivers sit slightly upon my outer ear causing significant discomfort depending upon the angle. Slight shifts can make it acceptable or completely unwearable. Sound quality was not a significant step up, even over the XM2! EQ is a must to get them in the acceptable zone. Even then, I found them lacking. Pretty big disappointment as I had been using the XM2's for several years. However, break-in time might have been a factor here. Did not keep them for long. Also they do not fold up for easy storage anymore. Argh! Just ordered a set of PX8's... hoping for good things.

Bose is the best for anc sony, jabra and pro 2 your testing is ridiculous.I tried them except jabra and they don't come close to the bose in real every day situation.

Finally, a guy telling the truth about these! I returned them after 3 weeks. I happily went back to the Pixel Buds A Series. That's how bad they were. I happily went backwards.

Do these improve on the buds 2 pro fit? I'll assume your having the same problem i do. They dont go deep enough to get a good seal. I returned my buds 2 pro but love my normal buds 2. Would you say the fit is close enough to the 2 pro to not even bother w these?
I picked up an IKEA Sonos speaker thinking it’d be an easy way to add music to a room… it took longer trying to set it up than assembling the furniture lol

I am really sad that samsung went with a stem design. I have the buds2 pro. The fit is amazing. They never fell out or got loose when I am wearing them. Wearing a hat, hood or being in bed with them on is no problem. I was more interested in the sound quality. The buds2 pro have a dual speaker setup too and sound amazing in my opinion. Especially listening to higher quality audio to take advantage of ssc. I'll be waiting on the time when samsung makes their next buds good. I doesn't feel like the upgrade is worth it, maybe if you really despise their design.
