    Hey, did you HAVE to swim to the beach or does the boat drop you off to a location where you could walk off?

    There are few like East Wind and Salty Dog. East Wind goes to Culebra or Culebrita island and Salty to Icacos Island.

    I'm planning on taking a vacation there and the rainforest is one of the places I want to go to, how did you get there and back? I saw that uber drivers aren't allowed to drive or do pick ups but that was how I was planning on getting there and back from San juan

    TouchedByTy I book all my excursions through viator.com. The boat excursion is called “Culebra Day Trip by Catamaran from Fajardo”. For the rainforest you don’t need to book a tour. It’s free. All you need is an uber/lyft ride to the entrance of the rainforest!

    Ashley _ it wasn’t one specific club we went too. When you go to “La Placita” there’s so many clubs and bars next to each. So you can hop around to as many as you want with no cover charge!

    “Negra” is the female version of “negro” which is black in Spanish. Usually if someone calls you “negra” in Puerto Rico, especially if it’s a dude trying to flirt or shoot his shot, it’s in an endearing way. Although a lot of black Puerto Rican women don’t love being called that.

    Thank you for this video! I'm planning on going but worried about safety 😬 were you ladies ever scared?

  • @FemmeAfrique
    @FemmeAfrique5 жыл бұрын

    Tara Elzy you’re welcome! And no because the area we stayed in was downtown San Juan, an area where many tourists stay, so we felt safe. I would not recommend an air bnb or anything like that, especially if it’s your first time going there and you’re worried about safety. Our Uber driver did tell us about some of the dangerous parts though.

    This routine actually makes me feel excited about dancing again. I’ve been going through a healing journey and I’m currently somewhere in between and I miss doing the small things I once did; dancing is one of them. You guys are so smooth and graceful. I’m going to follow along and really try this routine. Thank you for the inspiration! 🙏🏽
