Just gave the fellow a lift whilst he was walking to his house in Kefalonia. It was the middle of the day with about 35 degrees C outside but he said no problem walking as he had already done his running, gone for a long swim and was now going home. It was only about 3 kilometres from where we picked him up to his house so the walk would have been a piece of cake for him. He looks fit and bright and like someone 15 years younger. Rock on man.
