Why am I crying? What a feeling this great song and his great voice creates in us.

I was in USAF officer training in summer 1964, and this was on the radio as I lay under my bed pulling the sheets tight, sweating and wearing only underwear. "i'm crossing you someday in style" was such great motivation. Thus, 10 Nov 64 750 of us were commissioned -- and I did not throw my hat! Music like this was my Prozak, my hustle music, my sing-along joy. Thanks, Andy!

I remember seeing them in the late 60s when they performed at Western Carolina University where my father was an economics professor.…..way, way before the internet and KZread. The lyrics were the best! Way beyond their time and every song is as valid and fresh as they are today. Especially “The Merry Minuet”. ❤ by the way, I am 70 years old now…unfortunately the world hasn’t changed much.

"If you have ever seen Andy Williams, I am certain that there’s a Sagittarius somewhere in his chart, because his eyes always shine as if they have drops in them." (Sylvia Browne - Astrology Through a Psychic's Eyes) Andy's chart has Sun, Saturn, and asteroid Pallas (Intellect) in Sagittarius. ♐
