  Salaam. Thank you for your question. However, I don't know anything about Pakistan except for your cricket team because I am a cricket fan. Love Babar. There can be many issues you can start checking like. Soil condition, do they get enough feed and water? Is it infected by pests that is killing the tree. I am starting to do research on compost because that also plays a role in your trees carrying. Hope I helped somewhat. I am also still learning and I am making notes so I can better take care of the trees. Check my latest video on the harvest for 2024 to see what kind of notes I make. Salam

  The issues with mine is this: After opening or closing the gate remotely (both pedestrian or fully), it will open or close by itself (as the case may be) with the error message “stalled gate”. Any idea on what is causing the issue?

  I normally just switch off the geyser circuit break at the main DB-board. Wait few seconds and then switch back on. If that does not work, then it's time to call a professional

  What do you do when the system shows a E4 error and keeps flicking, the water never goes hot anymore

  We usually get that if it was a very cold evening. All we do is switch off the geyser circuit breaker, wait 3seconds and switch it back on. This always clears the error for us

  Our remotes are working with the gate motor, unless we go right up to thr box. Any idea what it is? Amd thr remote batteries are all new..

  Ola broke my gate opens up half way and stops then press again opens stop like that till it fully opens. What could be the problem

  If this happens in the morning then I do not know. Seems the cold does that to my gate every morning every winter. I tried changing batteries and still does the same thing.

  Great vid. I maintained my roof for the 10yrs I've been living at my property. I have a leak that I can fix myself but wanted to see if I can get insurance to pay for it. I got declined with no remorse lol... I did my roof nearly 2yrs ago but with the recent cray weather it must've disturbed something so hence the current leak. Sigh, I'll just do it myself & cancel my standard bank insurance seeing that they no longer want to cover geysers, it pointless having them as that was the only thing they ever approved lol

  I got mine from Takelot and this product seems to thick to spray on in my opinion. There are lots of other products out there that is thinner to able you to spray. If you are not comfortable painting then I suggest you get someone to do it for you. It all depends on how confident you are doing it yourself. So in my opinion, i would say try it yourself once to build that confidence...
