  Thank you so much for sharing ! You did a fabulous job!!! I just love the storage system you have & I especially love how you have minimized to what you love and wear. This is what exactly what I want to do. I am moving from my 10’x10’ bedroom to an 8’x7.9’ room. I am giving my large room to my big teen & taking his small room as a challenge. I leave behind my king size bed, two glass storage bookcases that I use for my baskets & bins for clothes & a closet that is completely full of clutter and things I never even see or use. I want to and need to downsize my entire life. I have way too much of everything everywhere & I’m so tired of feeling tired, anxious and overwhelmed. I go into panic mode and freeze so nothing gets done but I am tackling the Room challenge this weekend! Wish me luck 😂

  I am somewhat of a minimalist, by nature. But I do like my spaces to look pretty. I refuse to get caught up in trendy decor(live laugh love signs, useless beads, etc) I prefer to decorate with useful items like wicker baskets to hold keys, glasses etc, or a beautiful bowl full of fruit, or light fixtures(the vintage gold ceiling light in my living room is the focal point of the entire room), plants, antique stained glass windows as wall art. I love meaningful decorations, and have several beautiful pieces of original art from family members and friends. I do love candles and diffusers because they are beautiful and useful. Pretty cozy blankets that are used to cover up while watching a movie, not just displayed. Occasionally I will have a beautiful family photo printed on canvas. I can't fathom buying a live laugh love type of plaque for my walls, and I hate a couch covered with throw pillows when they are so plentiful they need to be removed in order to actually sit on the couch. I'm sure you get the idea.

  I hate to sound rude because you seem so sweet and i like your channel but this video disappointed me a lot. i know absolutely nothing about decorating etc and these are all things I already do. besides the blanket over the chair or throw over the couch because to me it makes the place look sloppier in my opinion. also the bowl with wooden beads at the end looked strange to me i’ve never seen those. anyway, i guess i was hoping to see something that i’d never thought of or things that aren’t things everyone does all the time like putting pends in a cup.
