  Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

  I can't understand why Dooney and bourke doesn't have a quality control department. I had to return 3 bgs this week. I love the Florentine collection but the leather and other attributes are horrible. Great video. 😂

  Hi Josh do you know how to take the handle out of this thing. Mine tipped over and the orange piece broke and I have to replace the whole aluminum handle. I can't get the old one out as I don't remember how far that black plastic tab needed to pull out to disengage. My tab will move about a 16th of an inch out to allow some movement but it's stuck from there. I hate to pull out on that too hard as I feel it would break but perhaps not. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Jason

  I know this is an old video-- but I was watching because I ordered one in the color you like the most (I love it too). I'm wondering if the different colors have different textures too? I have light pink cognac and red and now I'm ordering beige -- and I feel like each of them feels different its so weird. Is it just me?
